    It depends on your goals, for me it would be bulk then cut.

    from the looks personally i would get my diet in check first... bulk up... and cut to shreds.. good luck man..

    id cut down to 12% or so then bulk it up. the more fat u have to lose the harder it can be to maintain wat u gained on the cycle, its up to u though wat u want to do

    I think with proper dieting and training, you could add mass while reducing bodyfat. Personally, I don't like to go above 12%, so I would cut.

    I would say bulk for now, adding more muscle to your frame will make you look leaner without even cutting.

    Just bulk as lean as you can lost of extra nutritious calories rather than crap, do some light cardio it wont kill you while your bulking consuming all then extra calories.

    I would say hit cardio in the am on non training days before breakfast.
    Eat clean but over maintance the more muscle you build the faster you will lose fat, dont worry about it now your not fat no need to put progress on the hold.

    wouldnt low intensity be better on empty?

    Personally i do high intensity but only for 30mins because its good for the heart and general fitness as well as staying lean plus who has time to be doing an hour or whatever of slow work.

    How many BPM do you try and get ur HR up to?
