my before pics
age: 20
weight: 151
height: 5'8.5"
bf%: idk
diet summary/ #meals one day:
#1- oatmeal & protein shake
#2- sub or pita or fast food
#3- chicken w/ potato
#4- pasta or steak or nasty crab meal one8nine tries to cook
(i know my diet needs some work)
I'm starting 20mg Var a day and pyramiding Clen
it's a seven week cycle
critique is needed.

I would like to see you clean the diet up and leave the Var and Clen alone...you are in good shape as it is now...a good diet and cardio will tighten you up and you would be irresistable.
This pic here shows me that you have alot to work with, looks real good too
I think a full body routine would work extremely good for you...you have good quads but we need to bring up the hamstrings to even that oput to give you good "legs" instead of good quads.
I'm serious, very nice already...simple diet and cardio..game over!
I think you would like this video...a routine like this is what i'm talking about for you. Very intense and keeping everything tight..

Good base to build from, so lets start building
first thing, post what you eat tomorrow in the diet forum and i'll go over it and critique it
second thing, since you are a soccer player, your lower body is going to be your strong point and your upper body your weak point, so special consideration should be given to designing workouts that stress it's development(that's if you want your upper body to catch up, some people, especially athletes, like having one part dominant, thats your call)
post your training routine as well so we can look at it

Find an expert of dead lifts.....you have great base....dead lifts are great for girls they will get you in great shape

IMO, women don't need gear. Unless you're a professional bodybuilder/figure girl, it is not necessary. As mentioned, you have a great base to work with. If you lowered your body fat through diet and cardio, and toned up your muscles with weights, you would look amazing. I guarantee you, if you stick to a clean diet/exercise program for 12 weeks (worst possible case), you will get the look you're after. Steroids are not a magic pill and should not be taken lightly. I'm going to echo what everyone else is saying. You DON'T need the gear. Gear is useless without training, and diet being PERFECT. Once you get those perfect, and you don't see any gains for a while, then think about it.
You are wasting your time, money, and potential side effects on gear right now, especially ORALS. You have a good base.........time to work.

Can you please post your training routine and lets see where your at right now with training and diet help you can avoid alot of sides you may not be ready for...
what are your goals if just to tighten up... grl just a few weeks on a steady training and good diet will take care of all you need...
You really are in no way ready for a cycle... and certainly not one with those high doses... anavar at 5mg a day for the first 2 weeks is plenty for any woman and bump it up only after 2 weeks and knowing that you had no sides... to 10 mg a day for 8 to 16 weeks...

IMO you look awesome.....and as i put in the other thread about girlz and gear no one here has any right telling you you shouldn't use.....by doing that they're just projecting on you that they don't think girlz need to be muscular or whatever....if done right it's fine as you well know from badbarbie
