    What is my body fat%?

    My new scale says my body fat is 14.5%, is that accurate based on my pic and my height is 5'11' and I weight 164.

    yeah its a pain in the ass loading pictures on my computer, its so slow and sometimes it freezes

    those scales dont work, for weight yes but bf not at all, i agree with wat they said, 10-11%

    my bad bro, i was beggining to second guess myself about that term as well. I started to think that term might be offensive to some people here. my bad its just a picture of some huge ripped guy.

    I would say %9 - %11 based on your pic, hard to tell though. No way your %14.5. Those scales have up a %6 range of accuracy in either direction.

    its all good bro, i bought a 70$ weight watchers scale and it was off by 5 % go figure...

    sometimes i step on it and it says 160.4, and then i get off and get back on and then it says 164.2. Its an expensive piece of crap.

    some scales are very sensitive to leaning forwards or back, I can alter my weight reading by 10lbs just by applying more weight to my heels or toes while on the scale. try to remain neutral as it weighs just to help a bit. as for the body fat%, I've yet to find a scale that's accurate.

    really none of the scales are accurate on bf, so i might as well return it and get a cheap non-digital scale
