    Some newbie pics.

Training for about 2 years seriously but I pretty much bulked the whole two years. At the end of 2005 I was at 180 and now I'm currently at 235lbs.

I'm 23, 6'3, 235lbs, at I guess 25% BF. The goal is to reach a solid 275lbs but I don't want to continue to bulk in this state. Yes getting to 275lbs solid will take some years but I will do it. Figure I can either bulk to 300 and cut to 275 or keep my diet clean all the way up until I reach my goal. I have just started a cutting diet for the next 3 months in plans to drop to 205-210ish. After I'm ripped I plan to bulk again only this time keep my BF below 12% on the way up.

Problems I see are my shoulders, upper chest, LEGS!!, triceps, Lats, Sh*t I need to bring everything up. With my long arms I need to bring these biceps up as well. But all in due time, and from here on out My diet will be sound year round.

I posted my diet in the diet forum and I'm getting some feedback on what I should change but for the most part the feedback I get says it's pretty sound.

Main thing messing with me is that if I cut down to 205-210, I will probably be skinny again. With that being said, I'm unsure as to if I should keep bulking a little more. I know I have to make this determination by myself but I'm at a stand still.

If it were me, I would have done like they did in "Borat", when Borat was wrestling with his fat friend in the bedroom, and draw the black down to the floor, implying a surplus of meat.

He is complaining about his legs, IN CAPS, but I see good development already on the vastus medialis and vastus lateralis.

Bro, use a lighter weight during squats, and try to go as deep as possible to develope the top middle of your quad, the rectus femoris. If you don't like squats, you can isolate the same muscle group pretty well by keeping your toes vertical while doing the leg press. You are looking pretty symmetrical...I think you are doing pretty well.

Damn you guys are killing me....lol

Well, I just kept seeing everybody flamming people about full body shot's since a lot of people only give the top half. I just wanted to show everything so I coud get a fair assesment.

I love doing squats and even though I'm tall, I still go past 90 degree everytime. I don't let the tall factor let me do half ass squats.

Do I need to keep bulking or cut down the BF till about 210 and then lean bulk keeping the BF to a minimum?

What Should be the first thing I need to bring up besides my legs?

Don't get caught up in the scale, or you may just end up a fat slob

Take it from me, I used to be the same way. Look in the mirror and gauge your progress. Don't try to reach a number. If you got to 300 you may be 40% bodyfat.....what good is that?

If I were you, I would start cutting for 4-5 months and try to become lean...then try to slowly build some muscle.

I don't really like the term "bulk" anymore

Seems like to me, most people use "bulk" to mean gain 15% bodyfat in 3 months and get really fat.....thats useless

legs and back, very high lats, work on your back width and thickness big time, and legs without a doubt, id try to strip off as much fat as you possibly can and build up nice and clean. you want quality pounds.

Hey bro, congrats on the hard work that you've invested in becoming a BBer. If you are 25% bf or (+/- 60lbs of fat). With that being said; you will not be "skinny" if you dropped to 205-210. You will still have a plenty of bf. At 200lbs you would still be around 15% BF. Not ripped, but will look much better. You will start to see abs and vascularity at around 10% bf or 190-195lbs. Id suggest that you try to lean out as much as you can so that you can see what your working with. You might be suprised how big many of your "weak points" really are. Good luck.
