    one mor..

    one more pic....

i started at approx. 135-140 im not at 150-155lbs, i kept most of the stength from the oxodrol-12 but not all the size, which is fine with me..

    lifts:

    max bench: 265-270x1
    DL: 455x1 (wraps) 425x1 raw
squat: 315x2 or 3, i havent maxed otu recently but it used to be 335x1

Good results dude... what are your goals?

    Hows the wheels?

Constructive criticism - you could use work on your upper and middle traps.

Nice work bro, it's nice to see someone working to reach their potential before wanting to jump on gear.

    leg pics..

heres a few leg pics, i know my calvs are lacking but i think big kevs workout is going to help me out with that also. another thing is i have been lifting for 1 rep max for probably 6-8months so there isnt much cuts in my legs, which i think will also change with bigvevs workout..

another thing is i feel like my legs dont grow much.. but they just get stronger..anyway heres the pics

my arms have always been skinny, tri's are much better then bi's for me. the thing is i have some longgg asss arms so for my arms to look big, they would have to be ahead of everything else. im tryin to work on them though too..

any other areas which need work feel free to chime in, and let me know some workouts for those areas too!

bro good progress. Ur strong as fack for your weight. whats your height? I have a 6'1 wingspan (middle finger to middle finger) so i KNOW what you mean about having long arms, (I'm 5'11) but tell us your age, and we'll all try to help.

i would work your tris harder, tricep size makes up 2/3 of your arms, get that nice tricep sag going and then work on peaking your biceps

    ..

lexed: with oxodrol i started out at about 155 (more body fat though) and ended around 163-164ish. i had some stuff come up about 2 months after the oxodrol so i couldnt go to the gym as much and i lost alot of size from it. overall i kept MOST of the strength from the oxodrol though, my weight dropped back down but i still have less bodyfat.

in short... before-during and after was as follows: (all one rep max)

    Bench: 225-275-265
DL: (315x4)-455-455 (i think this was more of a mental barier then anything)
Squat: 315-335-315x2 or 3 (havent maxed out since then)
    close grip bench: 225 (barely)-295-265

ironaddict: im only 5'5" so with long arms and being short DL is my game haha.

right now i switched to "bigkevs workout"
    -------------------------------
    arms(superset tris and bis)

Straight barbell curl-4 sets, 4-6-8-10 reps
    Scull crushers-4 sets, 4-6-8-10 reps
    Dumbellcurls-3 sets, 8-10-10-12 reps
    Cable pressdowns-3 sets, 8-10-10-12 reps

Do a set of bis then a set of tris, etc…

    --------------------------------------

what i used to do is 2-3 bicep workouts and 2-3 tri-workouts.. simliar to this..

    straight bar curl 3 sets
    close grip bench 3-4sets
preacher curl w/bent bar 3 sets
    cable extensions 3 sets
    hammer curls 3 sets
    weighted dips, or overhead extensions

    i think that covers everything?

you should also add that you had some elbow injuries from when you crashed you boat that prevents you from totally squeezing out your arm right?

yea i i tore a ligament in my right elbow (no surgery) but i cant fully extend it (close but not all the way)

also i had surgery on my left elbow for a baseball injury (not tommy john)

and something is f-ed up in my right shoulder, im getting an MRI in a week or two.

i guess all that doesnt help when trying to train arms? :/
