    Need some advice

    Ok so here are my pictures.

    Stats

    20 years old
    weight: 200lbs
    hight: 5'9''

    I have been following the ( Lean Bulk ) diet in the stickys for the past month
    I don't really want to lose weight but I don't want this gut that I have right now. so I guess I will have no choice but to drop some LB's.
    I do 45 mins of cardio 3 days a week, was thinking about taking HydroxyCut.
    what are your guys thoughts on that?

    PS sorry about the crappy pictures I had to take them on my webcam.

    7:45 250 ml of egg whites
    2 small tortillas, mushrooms, fat free cheese & salsa
    1 English muffin with no sugar added jam & peanut butter
    15 gm of whey protein
    25 gm of oatmeal

    10:15 1 1/2 can of tuna
    15 ml of flax seed oil

    12:45 8 eggs & green onion & light mayo (makes an egg salad)
    3 pieces of whole-wheat bread w/ ham
    1 banana
    15 gm of whey protein
    1 yogurt

    3:15 1 1/2 can of tuna
    15 ml of flax seed oil

    5:15 120 gm of steak
    20 gm of whey protein
    Mustard
    50 gm of carrots
    5 ml of flax seed oil



    7:15 60 gm of whey
    5 rice cakes (caramel flavored)
    1 apple
    2.5 ml of flaxseed oil

    9:30 125 gm of cottage cheese
    15 gm of whey protein
    1 no sugar added fat free yogurt

    TOTAL CARBS: 300 GM – 1200 calories
    TOTAL PROTEIN 320 GM – 1280 calories
    APPROX TOTAL FAT: 63 GM – 567 calories
    TOTAL CALORIES: 3047 calories per day


    but it is not at those times because I work night shift.

    I am probably in the same boat as you right now, very similar bodies and stats.

    Your diet is fine, by adding some hydroycut you can up ur calories a little bit and still lose the same amount of weight. My only advice is that you gradually increase the intensity/quantity of your cardio throughout ur cutting phase. 3 times a day may suffice for the first 1-2weeks, possibly week 3 as well, but 4x wk/ seems to be ideal for cutting.

    I shit you not, my dietitian recomended that i brisk walk for half an hour each day while cutting, and it worked like a charm for the first 4 weeks.

    From experiance: Dont hit the panick button when you notice your arms, chest ect getting smaller. I understand your trying to only target your gut, but there is no way to spot reduce. You will gradually lose weight off all your body, as well as muscle mass. To reduce this, add some BCAA products which aid as anti-catabolic's

    Dude if you cut down to 185 at your height you will look like a god, lean muscle makes you actually look bigger than fat over muscles
