some pics of me
well i was kinda bored...thought i should post some pics or something
anyway here they are. I am training about 1 year and 8 months so far. No background in other lifting sports. I started with 140lb, right now i am about 194lb. Currently running my first cycle. I would like to compete some day, maybe in a year or 2 from now.
The room is kinda messy on the full body pic. Sorry about that we are moving out soon and the entire house is a mess.

for not lifting that long you look very stacked. Legs look massive. wide lats, good shoulders. cant really rate the chest but either way im jealous. lol great job. what is your current cycle??

how old? looking good, i noticed stretches on shoulders, i got those, what if anything are you gonna do for them?

i am almost 21. Yeah since last half year I am starting to get stretchmarks all over my biceps en shoulders. Most of them you can't see clearly on the pic but they go all the way down to my elbow. I am using a special cream for stretchmarks for about 3 months....but if you ask me it didin't help at all. I am still getting new stretchmarks.

some peoples skin doesnt stretch the way others do when they get bigger and the result is stretch marks. if your still getting them you gotta get this cream for (i know its strange) pregnant women. its a rub for their stomachs as they get bigger so they wont stretch out. i think most drug stores got it. theres a lot of cutting edge creams they got advertized over the internet, most of which send you a months supply free. hit up 6 of those sites and you're in business!!!

thx sometimes i really don't think that i have it in me to really get big. Comments like these always gives me hope.
i know bro. I got mine from the drug store as well. And damn it wasn't cheap i must say. But no good at all.
i didint mean to put that in a bad way or something. Yes there are people who train and don't have them. It depends on a lot things. Your bf, your type of skin, the speed your muscles grow and so on. Also some excercises are more stretchmark sensitive, like deep fly movements.

Your small waist is a huge plus to exagerate the width of your shoulders and the thickness of your legs. You look fantastic, keep it up!

hehe a little update
well I fnished my first cycle and next week i will start with pct.
I gained a total of 18lb. It was a hard time and i worked my ass off. I did expect some more gaines but overal i am verry satisfied with the results. I didin't turn into one big water balloon hehe.

as for my leg workout, I take one day in the week and work quads and hams.
this is my routine:
Squat (5sets)
Sled 45° Leg Press (4sets)
forward lunges (3sets)
leg extensions (4sets)
lying leg curls (4sets)
stiffed deadlifts (4-5sets)

hai there friends It's been half year since i posted my my previous pic. Time for a update. Stats are still the same I must say. I still weight 194lb but as you can tell from the picture, i look a lot harder. So the quality has improved hehe. As for rest, i was really planning to go hard and try to compete at national level in 2 years from now, but i lost my motivation. I am too busy with college and work, i cant make it. I just train for fun now. My dieet and training are no where near how they where before, but it's descend. This is what i put on in 2,5 years.
