12 days out teaser.
The final weeks I decided to remove the pre work out carbs so at this point the only carbs I'm eating on training days are my morning oats 1 cup.On non training days I'm only gonna have 1/2 cup of oats in the morning.I'm depleted as hell and I feel I can get much leaner. The lower abdomen loose skin is actually getting tighter as the days go on and I'm still only doing abs once a week but I now target the lower abdomen a lot harder with 3 moves then go on to 2 heavy upper ab moves then 1 intercostal move.No longer doing pm cardio I feel it was a neccessary change being that I'm really lean and it would probably hinder more fat loss, cost me a bit of muscle taking away from my recovery then advance my condition.I'm tanning rite now and my legs have a stop sign finish so I'll have to take a couple days off from that and get rite back to it to color up.I'm gonna keep going until I feel I've reached my peak I'm not just gonna punk out and say I did 16 weeks and now I want IHOP.FUK that once I get down to where I feel is my best condition I'm gonna do the carb load slow digesters with 100 g carbs first day 200 grams second day that night I'm gonna drop the water sip water the next day watch my condition after I wake up and hit up a little sugars and some almond butter and rice cakes and see how it goes.I'm also gonna take a short work out video at my gym to really keep a log of my condition it should be a lot of fun.

Thanks for following it's been a fun ride so far and it's only gonna get better!!
Thanks,Yeah the slide show fully demonstrates the work ethic.Pretty vindicating.
You and me both.Fukin a bro The further I get in the diet the more driven I become I can't explain this feeling that's consumed me.All I think about is how hard it's been and how demanding contest prep is and that it doesn't phase me even in the slightest if that makes any sense. It's as if I'm competing against my self and I'm not gonna fail.I'm my own source of inspiration and support system and biggest critic.I just can't put it into words.
Thanks,it's fun to do it.
Thanks a lot!!

You think?I was looking at some pics from some amateur shows and I don't think I should compete in a amateur show.My condition compared to there's would make me look like I'm out for an easy win.I wanna get in a line up were I'm up against people with the same amount of experience in training. You go and compete against guys you have so much experience on what's that say about that person?I don't know I just need to take baby steps in the sport if I decide to take the plunge.Pick the rite shows and every thing else that comes with competing.
Thanks I sure will.
Yeah Yeah!!!!
Thanks buddy I been having a lot of fun with this to say the least.
