    LTC,

good results man. I'm not on here to question if someone is lying about how much weight they can press, and frankly i dont know why anyone would lie anyhow. From reading your journal it is obvious you spent alot of time posting the details of your cycle and progress you were making for all of us and i enjoyed reading it.

you might not look 225 in the pics, but its pretty obvious you are. And i do agree with you, pics sometimes change the way we look. I know i have looked at threads on here at least 50 times with pics of people and read a reply about them not looking as big as they sound or looking much bigger. anyhow, good luck post cycle

Bro, you made some serious gains, benching 315? thats crazy. Dont listen to other people flaming, get rid of the excess bf and you will be crazy looking. btw, becareful because hydroxycut will make you weaker. I was on it 3 pills twice a day for like 3 weeks and it did cut my fat but it also cut my strength, could have had something to do with the low carb diet i had also, heh.

LTC... looks like you made some good gains and strength went up crazy! But i guess i have to be the uncool one and said i agree with BELLICOSE. Maybe should have waited to juice BUT im not taking away that you still gained mass.
    Keep lifting

You look good, you have put on some good size. Not as thick as I expected, but hell pictures dont always tell the truth. Im happy you feel good about your progress and thats all that counts in the end. I think its just harder to look real big when ur tall.

I must agree here wityh one thing, i will pay money to see you bench press 375lbs for 1 rep in good form, and i will also pay money to see you do 315 for 8reps, with no spoter doing the work and your lower back on the bench...this is no flame, just comperison, i am 195lbs in the pic in my avatar, i am far more developed then you (yes i know i am only 5' 9" tall) and i don't do those numbers, was the weight on the flat bench, with an olimpic bar, or hammer strength equipment because i can do almost twice the weight on the hammer strength then regural bench...

    Good luck in the future...XXL

To me... weights are just numbers! Who cares who can lift what numbers..? You don't have a tattoo on your back stating "hey, I can bench ###lbs" So when you walk around the beach or anywhere without a shirt on... People can say, wow, you can bench that!!! They are just numbers... and everyone has them, and yes they are all different. Unless you are lifting for competition... It just doesn't matter. I don't think it even needs to be stated unless you are in the Power-lifting Forum!!! If you judge your success by those numbers, your missing out on the big picture. Judge yourself by the way you look in the mirror, by the way you feel and by your progress in the gym. Not the numbers themselves. So let it go…

LTC, if you are happy... so be it!

Mike, honestly brotha, I don't care what you think. Maybe if you would have followed my diary, you would have read that I put up 315 8 times on my fourth set WITH a spot. Yes, WITH a spot. I got 4-5 up by myself. I dont care what you guys believe or not. NoLimits is 100% correct, they are just #'s. I dont care about how much I bench, I judge by the mirror, and I have gained a LOT of size on my cycle, now I just need to shred up. Mike, you are a great guy, with TONS of useful info, and helped me out alot, but please dont flame how much I can lift bro...And yes, you are more developed than me...I only wish I could be as ripped as you and have abs like you.

    Thumbs up Good Job!

Thought you lost me huh? Well I've kept track and I'm impressed with your gains. Some folks may disagree on your new found weight but they should realize your height is 6' 1-2" which is a lot of body to fill out. I'm a 5'9" (natural) and it's tough for me to get around 210 and still stay lean. After seeing your results along with a few others I'm 99.9% sure I'm going to take the plunge. After my show in a few weeks it's on to a new world. I've done my homework and will continue to educate myself along the way.

One question: Are you going to go natural for awhile or go for another cycle?

I appreciate the time and effort you put into your diary and I'm willing to bet a few of the other bros are to.

    Good Job!

Ebaker, thanks for the kind words man. I thought you dissapeared on me. To answer your question, I am taking 5-6 months off, and then I am planning on hitting another cycle.

    2nd cycle : Prop/EQ/Winny/Fina

I am going to maintain what I've gained from this cycle for about a month, eating LOTS but eating CLEAN. Then I will start cardio,ECA, and cutting calories slowly to shred up.

I appreciate everything. Yes, at 6'2 it is a lot harder to fill out, and I am proud of myself and did a good job.

    Delurking

Been gone awhile, but this post is worth delurking for. First, I can't believe the time, energy, and dedication LTC has put into his training over the last 8 months or so... not to mention the money. Shit bro... to keep a training diary like that... how in the world do you find all that time...LOL.

At the time LTC was considering his first cycle, I was against it... for one, I don't know nothin about gear, but more importantly, like the others have said, I do believe one should try and hit their natural potential first and then consider a cycle (if that is their choice)... but only after several years of training and knowledge in the field. And I still think that.

So much for that. He did it anyway...and honestly speaking, when LTC said he could bring up that much weight after one cycle... I was damn jealous. I have been training on and off over the last 10 years, more seriously in the last two and I know that I'll never be able to bring that much metal up... no matter what. Never. So much for the negatives and don't take it as a flame.

The positives... The kid's got heart and if I know that he will be freakin huge one day because he has put so much time into this. I wish I could have that much time and dedication to devote to this. Over time, LTC will gain more and more knowledge and be able to train SMART and efficient. I only wish the best for him because he's a good guy who DOES listen to what others have to say and is very "coachable". So, to the others... don't flame... TEACH.

LTC... WTG man. I know you're very pleased with your results. Enjoy the cloud you are on. Just remember to be safe and in control and learn as much as you can and continue to pick all the brains like you have.

    Good luck, Bro.

LLBeast- Whats up man? Where have you been?!?! You need to come on AOL more often so we can chat....I thought you dissapeared...Before I ever considered juice, and I was trying to lose fat from when I was overweight, LLBeast inspired me to bust my ass and work hard...I owe it to him...if it wasn't for his consistent motivation, I dont know where I would be..Probably fat as hell eating pizza and ice cream...Thanks once again for all your kind words brotha...You are a great guy, and EXTREMELY straight forwards.....Its nice to know you are still pumping the weights hard...I want to see some pics of you now!!! So come on and chat sometimes........

MikeXXL- thanks again brotha...I dont care either about how much I can lift...I was just shocked, thats all. hey guys what happened to lil modesty everybody talking like a hot shot here.Looking to cut you have come a long way bro you should be proud of yourself big big change but you still have a lot of room to grow and improve.strength, i have hard time believing you lift almost twice as much after just one cycle anyway i truly truly hope that thats true so i can use this as motivation for me to lift more (at least we will know that this kind of gains are possible)dont get comfortable with where you at right now keep up the greed you are still very young who knows maybe by the time you are 25 you be like 270-280 ripped and then you will put all your crtitics to rest(bellicose)lol

Hey guys, I'm still here...I was out of town for the weekend so I didn't get a chance to post...I went to Orlando with my girl, and went to Sea World...It was awesome! Anyways, I am weighing 220 lbs as of this morning.....I think I have lost almost all the water I was holding from my cycle.....I put this under another thread, but didnt get a response, so I'll ask again here......

Do you think it would help me shred up if I take Clen /ECA when I finish Clomid? I want to maintain throughout Clomid, and then hit the cardio and Clen/ECA ( 2 weeks on, 2 weeks hydroxicut )....With diet and cardio, I should get pretty shredded without risking TOO much mass/strength...Correct?

Please help, thanx guys..BUMP to the top.

  27. #67
    alevok Guest
Correct but dont do too much cardio, that may cause catabolism. (happened to me) I love hydroxycut, that shit really works. For me even better results than ECA. But still clenbuterol is the king of the road! Dont forget to eat 8-9 small clean meals. Add glutamine and creatine to your protein shakes (twice daily). Stay away from milk and diary products. Eat just one apple a day (in the morning) Eat oatmeal as your primary carb source. Eat lots of egg whites, chicken breast, salmon, tuna.....
    Good Luck bro
    Keep us updated

Alevok- Thanks brotha...That diet you described sounds like EXACTLY what I ate last time I ran clenbuterol ....LOL.....Oatmeal for carbs, chicken, turkey, etc for protein...I drink 3 shakes/day......Do you guys think that 30min 4x/week is good for cardio? Too much?

    BUMP once more......

BTW, I put up 300lbs 6 times today!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No offence bro but you should really have developed a better base before you hit the gear,... A good solid natural base.

To many new jacks are just to keen to get on the gear.

LTC I congrate you if you did make those accomplishments,
But i gotta tell ya going from 215-375 in one cycle well thats near impossible to do. You just gotta understand one thing when some people dont believe you that you pressed 375 because that hell of alot of weight to do, and No offence you arnt really that Built yet. Yes you look good and you have put some great size on, but your fram just doesnt look like it could push 375 or 315 for 8 reps. Maybe you did do it, or maybe it exageration, whatever it is Be proud of your accomplishments.

You look good bro keep the hard work and dedication up

LTC- looking good brotha! 315 for 8 is a lot of weight....if ya did I bow down to you, hell I'm barly getting for 4 without a spot. Either way you're looking good. So is this a " I can bench this much thread" or a "LTC's results thread"?

Descent results bro. Looks like it did what it was suppost too. I'm guessing you have killer legs? I'm 245 at your height, around 13%bf, and well you can look at my pics. I'm guessing you have huge legs, and that's where you hold alot of your weight. Throw up a pic of'm. I'm also impressed with your strength increases...shit, my arms are pushing 19", chest almost 51" and my bench is only in the 405-415lb range. Your numbers are truely amazing.

I don't see why anyone would get so defensive when someone flames their results. When i plan to start posting pix, i want the flames. I get sick of hearing " hey bro u look great" and shit like that. I want to hear stuff like " your chest needs more size to match your arms" or "u need a better base". When ppl tell u how good u look, it really doesn't help you at all. It seems like every time someones offers some criticism to you LTC, u take it extremely personally. Trust me, i put my time in the gym too and when someone tells me i need to work on something, it hurts, but u have to understand that it is for the better. I don't know why u say stuff like " well u ain't so great yourself", just take the criticism, understand what you have to work on and move on.

I think its fairly obvious and u should expect ppl to tell u that your base is not strong enough and u have not met your natural barriers yet. Thats why everyone is so against using juice so early on, cuz there's no way that by time that u're 22 u will have already reached your genetic potential. You have so much growing to do naturally that u don't need the juice yet, and by using it anyways before your body is ready, i'm sure you are already of the unfortunate consequences that may not be obvious right now, but they are still there. Patience really can pay off.

Suboudian is correct. I cant wait to post my pics of after cycle so people can tell me what to work on, not build my ego, I can do that on my own. Dont get me wrong, compliments are great, but critisism is much more usefull. Use it as fuel in the gym. It seems like many guys are posting pics lately and get so damn defensive, whats the point? By posting pictures youre opening yourself to critisism, if you cant take it, dont post. I think the reason people dont believe or appreciate the exaggeration of numbers is because we've been puttin in work for years, on or off juice, and I think its agreed its almost damn near impossible to nearly double your bench in so short of time. But maybe youre a freak, anythings possible. Others on juice work just as hard and only get half as much strength and thats considered good gains. There is the fact that you didnt work out much before and when you cycled you gave it 100%, so that might explain the crazy strength gains. I do think you should have waited as your base was very small and you were no where near your natural potential. I wonder how well you'll be able to keep the gains but it does seem like you know what youre doing so you should be able to do whats necesary to hold onto them. Height can make things decieving but the guy who posted above was about as tall and much thicker. No matter what though, be proud of yourself as you have come very far by judging the pics. Your back needs work, but again, just CONSTRUCTIVE critisism.

Just to chime in with what some bro's were saying earlier in the thread, if you put 315 up 5 times unassisted, but go to 8, then you put up 315 5 times, NOT 8! Assisted reps don't count when it comes to bragging numbers! Having said that, you are still putting up huge numbers! I'm also curious to see some leg pics. And just to back you up on the weight thing, I definintely believe that you weight 225 if you're 6'2''. One of my friends is 6'3'', and he weighs 220, and he is NOT built at all (not fat either). He just has a large, heavy frame. Some people just weigh more than others (like me, LOL).
