Thank You and me -42lbs
First of all I would like to thank the forum for all of the help and info and aid in helping me reach my now foreseeable goals.
About me- I grew eight inches (in height) after high school when I was like 19 now 23 I have just bought xxl shirts for the first time in three years. all done with the help from friends and will power gained from this forum but mostly the diet and eating "clean" (see diet section) working hard and not giving up. It is like I have come over the hump.
All of my new mates at the gym are saying that I will be a beast so long as I keep it up. When we are done at the gym I do cardio and lots of it.
These pics are the first on many in what will be a quest to be a beast.
These pics are me down to 273 from 315 that’s six inches and three sizes.
I now know what a full body pump is and am addicted to it.
Now I am 6' 3.25" 273 and falling

Thats awesome bro... I love seeing people make lifestyle changes with the help of this forum... makes me feel like I'm contributing to peoples well being... I also transformed my body with help of the info on here...

Diet
My diet comes from countless threads on here
Water to drink (not my $ so Fiji)
I start off with 5-6 hard boiled egg whites (never have I liked the yellow chalk is not my taste)
an orange pear or something like that
or .5 whole wheat bagel with fat free cream cheese and fat free yogurt w/ wheat germ to add texture
Cardio at the gym
Class
Lunch is around 11 and includes
whole wheat stone ground pasta
.5cup sauce
4oz 97% beef
Class
Mid after noon P-Shake
Gym rowing and tread climber or running plus weights
Dinner is before or after gym depending on day/class load
chicken breast
organic brown rice
low sodium soy teriyaki caramelized on chicken
On a side note my roommates thought I was crazy uintill i showed them my student id as a before pic. BTW both of them are like 130 dripping wet eating fast food everyday. lazy amd out of shape it not cool.
