Hi all, I thought I might post pics every week of how my course is coming along, alot of people of helped me on here so you can see how there advise is shaping up.

how old are you? what are your goals? what are some of your lifts?
post more body shots...add legs too

Hi, im 21 I want a six pack for summer but Ive still got 10 weeks of bulking, then im going to do some serious dieting and cardio, im allready on less then 130g of carbs a day and when im done on test sus ill drop down to less then 50g,
I weight train 5 times a week,
chest - monday
back - tues
shoulders/shrougs - wed
arms - thurs
rest fri -
bit of everything sat
I do 30 mins on the cross trainer after every session, as im trying very hard to reduce body fat, I want to be below 5%, I did a reading last week and it said I was 9% but i think im higher then that
