7ish month progress....MUCH more to come
here is my progress.. first 5-6 months was all cardio... just started lifting weights for the first time in my life 2 months ago... im very new to this.. 20 years old, almost 21, figured it is time to change

just started this week actually... i am very hesitant on it though because i have a cruise to go on at the beginning of may.. and ill be in FL at the beginning of april.. i just wanna be able to cut back down for the cruise in may, the panama city trip isnt too big of a deal with me...

this is my current workout...
sun-cardio
mon-chest/tri
tues-back/bi
weds-shoulder/abs
thurs-legs
fri-chest/tri
sat-off
meal 1 - 8 egg whites, 1 scoop whey, 1 cup oatmeal w/ raisens
meal 2 - 1.5 cans tuna, 1 piece of pita
workout
meal 3 - 2.5 scoops isomax
meal 4 - 2 servings fish, 1 cup brown rice, veggies, 1 tbsp peanut butter
meal 5 - 1 serving yogurt, 1 piece of pita, 1 can tuna
meal 6 - 1 scoop isomax
bedtime
i consume 8 servings of skim milk throughout the day with my shakes along with a half gallon of water.
aprox 300g carbs, 325 grams protein, 40 grams fat
im real new to all this, but i think i finally have my diet in check for getting big... im only 150lbs right now and i believe my metabolism is quick right now
