    Natural pics

    Hey guys, i've been working out for roughly a year and wanna start a test enth and d bol cycle.

    24 years old
    6'
    215 lbs

    i'm having a very hard time getting my chest to bulk up... any ideas??

    I'll take some more body pics, let me know what you think.

    not bad, I had a problem getting my chest bigger a few months ago all i did was change my routine, try doing more incline bench and incline fly's that did the trick for me. good luck.

    chest for me was DIPS alot and flat bench, dumbell press, alternating grips, meaning turning your hands from parellel when down on the side of your chest and when going up spin your wrist like you would be if using a barbell.

    You can start by getting rid of the bowflex, you need free weights.

    if you look in the second picture hes standing infront of freeweights..hell it even looks like hes holding some. and the bowflex is better than you'd think...i got on one of those when i was benching in the high 400's and it was still tough for me. ide actually consider it a pretty valuable tool(in addition to free weights, obviously)
    lookin good man. if your chest wont build, try widening your grip on bench. the difference for me is in the concentration. if you bench without thinking your arms do the work...try to actually lift it with your chest...like your pulling your arms in with each pec...you can actually feel them being recruited and they get worked alot deeper.
    regardless, lookin good man...nice base for starting a cycle you should get some wicked gains off it.

    I can see the bowflex being good for toning, but not adding mass.

    yeah for chest , like the others have said, make sure when ur benching that its ur chest not ur arms; ur hands should just be stopping the bar from falling down, its ur chest that has to move it up and down

    kinda soft overall bro, maybe try to cut up a bit while puttin on some mass by lifting heavy and watching diet... decent arms (tri's specifically) work on ur chest and shoulders to get sum mazz... ur on yer way !!

    was just thinkin it almost looks like 2 different people in each pic... is this a b4 and after bro?

    Your looking pretty good, just keep lifting and switching things up with the right diet and you will grow

    I looked exactly like you when I was your age. I know that everyone will swear it has to do with diet, but I think it is just your metabolism now. Within the next few years your body will start to change and you will be able to bulk up easier than you can now. Good Luck.

    The pics were taken roughly 4 months apart, the first pic I was 195 and jumped up to 215 in the second pic. I'm trying really hard to cut the weight to 195 however BULKY. It's so damn hard, i'm finding this site and all of you to be very helpful so thankS!!!!

    Test E + Dbol is what i'm going to take

    250 mg test/ week + 250 mg dbol /week

    You might want to think about upping the test dose to 500mg. Thats a pretty good beginner cycle, I know cause thats what Im running next. Lookin pretty good tho bro. Keep it up
