    6'3, 180 pounds...Body Fat 7-8 %

First off, for the people who read this, I don't plan getting on a cycle anytime soon, nor do I want to rush into anything. I don't know a lot about using cycles, a bunch of my friends do stuff but as for myself, I really don't know much.

The pictures were taken about 2 months ago. I have always been tall and skinny and have had a lot of trouble putting on weight. I'm not looking to get huge at all, I just want to fill out. I want to gain 10-15 pounds to put me somewhere around 190-195. If you guys have any advice on cycles and or supplements that will help me reach this goal, it is much appreciated.

Any comments or tips would be much appreciated

This is what taking right now, Cell Tech Creatine before workout, Whey Protein after workout followed buy creatine again, and then Mass XXX (has about 50 g of protein and a little under a 1000 calories) before I go to bed.

    Thoughts?

I'm confused...."I dont plan getting on a cycle anytime soon"...followed by "If you guys have any advice on cycles..." You don't need a cycle and why contradict urself? especially when the first statement is right on...

Supplements are called "supplements" for a reason... they exist to supplement an already sufficient diet.

How many grams of protein/fat/carbs do you eat every day?
