Pic of marx...
I haven't been to this board in a while but thought i'd post my pic just to get some constructive feedback. It's not a great pic as i wasn't posing but you get the idea. The pic was taken about 2 weeks ago, i've been off for about 8 weeks. I've hit 2 cycles and am getting ready to start my 3rd next week. Any opinions appreciated...
Oh ya, stats are...21 yrs old, 6', 205, bf?, arms 17.5

My first cycle was sust 500mg and eq 400mg for 8 weeks and my second was sust 250mg E3D for 8 weeks and dbol 35mg ED for 4 weeks and winny 50mg ED for the last 4 weeks. I'll have to admit i should have waited longer to juice but i was very impatient and there's nothing i can do about it now. I can't remember my stats pre cycle but i started working out 1 1/2 years ago and at that time i weighed 165 at 24% bf, i was a fat bastard.
Any more criticism appreciated, good or bad...Last edited by marx; 05-18-2002 at 06:06 PM.

lookin good bro.....u say u were 165/24% body fat at 6 feet tall?to see that u packed on over 40 pounds of quality mass, excellent job.right now im in the same boat you were.i was in work realted accident, out of training for 8 months.went from 220/14% bf to 245/23%.ive been back in now for 2 months and i have jumped from 245 to 265,but bf is holding in low 20s.ive pretty much been planning to apply the same cycles u have done, except the other way around.cut first(i have the size so i can put off bulking cycle for later).seeing your prior stats and what youve accomplished.and having been in almost the same situation as you,ill be pushin like a motherfucker to get back to the shape i was ....didnt mean to get carried away on that one guys, just tryin to throw my 2 cents in and get a little more active in here.

Thanks for the kind words guys...
a-bombz - What i actually started out doing was light weight training and lots of cardio. In about 4 months i got myself down to roughly 16%bf at 180lbs. My body responded quite well at first to training. I did dedicate my life to this though, so it wasn't easy. Then i focused on putting on some mass. Good luck on your goals bro, i'm sure you'll be able to accomplish them...
Polynomstapler - EQ is equipoise ...
Sema - If i managed to look even close to BigKev i would be happy, his build is my ultimate goal...
jasonembassy - I took a look at your pics, you're making good progress bro, keep it up. If you really want it that bad it'll come, just give it time. Anythings possible, just stick with it. I don't think you'll have a problem buddy..

Ok, I hope this isn't "flaming" or I get in trouble for saying this but: that is the sexiest thing on guys like when your hip bones stick out on your lower abs and they go inward!! So for any guys with that right on, b/c thats sooo sexy!! Seeing Marx's made me think about that.
Wake chicks- We make your boat look good.

I guess i'm just use to my physique, and when i look at myself all i see are the flaws. I look in the mirror sometimes and still think i look like crap, even though i've made huge improvement from where i was. Thanks again for the kind words...

I've received a number of PM's and emails asking about my training split, so i think i'll post it...
Mon - Chest/Abs
Tue - Bi's/Tri's
Wed - Off
Thurs - Delts/Traps/Abs
Fri - Back/Forearms
Sat - Off
Sun - Legs
I don't mind receiving questions, i'm here to help, just thought this would make it a little easier for the ones who were curious...

That's actually an interesting split..
Do you do any cardio training?
What 'bout your nutrition?
And finally how have you been training for the past one and a half years?

For nutrition i always keep my protein high/moderate carbs/low fats. In the last couple months all i did was drop my carbs a bit. I don't klnow my exact calorie intake for the day but i could write out an example of my diet if anyone is interested...
For training the last year i have been alternating low-moderate reps. About every 2 months i'll switch it up between moderate weight for 10-15 reps then heavy weights for 6-10. I tend to never go below 6 reps. I also include all the basic movements into my routine, squats/deads/bench. I hope that's what you were asking, i'm not sure if i understand the last question...
