    Before & after pics

    Hi guys just thought i'd post some before & after pics from my last cycle, i'm pretty happy with the results as i kept 90% of gains and it has set me up for another cycle in a few weeks time.

    Looks like a good job. What cycle did you do and for how long?

    Also, any stats? Weight gain, arm, chest, leg measurements?

    thx guys my last cycle was 500mg test enanthate pw for 12 weeks, 400mg deca pw for 10 weeks and 40mg danabol ed for 5 weeks to kickstart everything, i'm 5ft 9 and currently weigh 190lb 16"arms 42"chest 16"neck 22"legs 15"calves, i gained 34lb off this cycle. yes i would agree my waist is my weakest link coming in at 35" needs a lot of work, i going to do one more bulking cycle in a few weeks then start cutting and dieting.

    thx guys i will post more pics after next cycle hopefully be bit leaner then get rid of my gut lol, this website is an inspiration to people at all levels of bodybuilding, i've learned so much from all the great information you guys post.

    new juice this isn't bullshit the first pic was from my holiday in the bahamas before i even started the cycle the second pic was half way through my cycle and the last pic was after my cycle had finished, what am i goin to gain my posting duff pics of my self i want real opinions on what to improve about my physique and just wanted to share my gains with you guys on here, but thats your opinion.

    borntobeblue my strech marks aint really that bad they pretty fade for some reason they never went dark, and i only have them running across from near my arm pit.

    uncgboro my legs along with my waist need a lot of work, i cant really squat because of a lower back injury i used to have but i try and go as heavy as possible on the hack squat and leg press, as you can see in the pic i have a lot of work to do with them, sorry about pic quality.

    skippy i wouldnt say its a solid 34lb i think it shot my bf up a bit lol but yeh i am happy, i will be more happy when i start cutting later in the year.

    I'd like to thank everyone for taking the time and commenting


    I still have a long way to go to get the physique i desire but i'm going to do one more bulking cycle and then do a cutting one a bit later in the year and hopefully i really start to shape up then lol.

    i didnt take many back ones as i got real bad acne all over my back off the last cycle well after pct really and i was self conciouse about them it looked a right mess, I still have a few now they stubborn as f**k to get rid of i have tried everything i seem to be getting the upper hand with them now though, and they are fading more. My back still needs a lot of work, my shoulders are my only strong point imo, but i am a project still in progress lol or how can i put just laying my foundations.

    As you can see from the pics yes i put a lot of bulk on off my cycle but not all of what i gained is quality muscle, as i never kept my diet clean or anything like that i just shoveled food into me in huge quantities, but i'm still happy with my transformation, and have started putting together my next cycle to start in a few weeks time.

    Also i'm not very good at posing so forgive the pics, after my next cycle i will get my cousin to take some better pics and post them up and i will keep a better log of everything also.

    I have allnatural lol it took some work getting rid mind but i'm finally winning the acne war, might be left with few scars mind, but if i am i'll get them sorted some how.

    I took oxytetracycline 500mg twice a day, and washed twice a day with a benzyl peroxide wash to get acne under control, also drinking lots of water helped too.

    Hamish&Andy I had similar results after a previous cycle a few years before but did not PCT or anything and it really messed me up lost nearly all the gains and ended up quittting the gym, I quit for 2yrs ended up a right skinny little guy lol, then I got some motivation back trained natural for a while and then did that cycle, I'm happy with the results, apart from the mess the acne left, I'm going to train all natural from now on as i only want to gain about another 7lb or so and I think that is achievable without juice.
