    I do not think you are off by that much....maybe 1-2 points light do to lack of muscle mass....but close either way

    High teens a best. What is it with everyone wanting to get there bodyfat estimated on this site? Why not buy a pair of calipers and do it yourself or go to a trainer they trust and get a 9 point skinfold test done???

    Theres more to it then that. First off its easier this way, secondly im sure people are looking for a little constructive critisisim as well as encouragement.

    I agree about the easier part, unfortunately many of the guesses (which they will be) are going to be far from accurate. If you are truly looking to measure the effectiveness of your diet and monitor whether your gains and/or losses are lean mass or fat, getting accurate body comps is invaluable. This is especially true for women who tend to judge their progress strictly by the number on the bathroom scale.
