i saw your bulking diet. how many calorie are there in all?? damn,its really unbelievable for me. I would explode if i eat that much.

haha only 6500 or so.. and I am STUCK at gaining weight
for all those wondering this is my diet currently:
meal 1:
1.5 cup of oats
12 oz milk
1 scoop whey
3 tbspn pb
meal 2:
8 oz sweet potato
6 oz 93/7 ground beef
meal 3:
1 cup oats
5 whole eggs
.5 scoop of whey
meal 4:
8 oz sweet potato
6 oz turkey burger or 93/7 beef
meal 5:
1 cup oats
12-16 oz milk
1 scoop pro peptide
2 tbspn pb
train
pwo shake:
50 grams whey iso
75 grams wms
10 grams bcaa
15 grams creatine mono
5 grams taurine
pwo meal
12 oz white potato
2 cans tuna
meal 8:
1.5 cup of oats
12 egg whites
1 scoop whey
meal 9:
8 oz sweet potato or 1 cup oats
6 oz lean beef
meal 10:
2 cans tuna
3-4 tbspn pb
totals: calories 6661 fat 194 carbs 670 protein 546
this diet is a ****ing pain in the ass with work and just plain eating when already stuffed.. I want to diet again lol

your an idiot the ****ing point is that all people like you are doing is kissing ass and saying "great job" as opposed to giving constructive criticism cuz the guy is just starting out. i dont know if he posted pictures just to get little compliments from guys like you but that would be pretty stupid in itself.

man if there is 1 thing i really gotta give you kudos to is the diet.
did anyone see how he looked i his video compared to the show amazing IMO.
Just 1 thing, you already obviously know what your doing more than alot who cycle anyways so i want say dont cycle.
But usually most say your first 1-3 cycles you will gain the most muscle.
The cycle and diet you select should be geared towards gaining muscle not cutting.
i think you could benefit from a good bulking cycle or two.

ya i realized this to with my weight bulking and how much i lift.
I stopped looking at the numbers and focused more on the look and the exercise / feel of the weight.
WIth weight you get obsessed its all water and fat mostly.
With the weights you get obsessed and end up lifting to much weight and forget about your form.
Weights will come with time but remember the end goal is lean muscle and to look like an actual body builder not a power lifter,
But very impressive man.

yea my form definitely went to shit on that lift.. at that point i was just trying to get the weight up more than anything
man i cant wait to bulk with a cycle.. few more weeks
yea i am taking a different approach this year.. I was obsessed with weight and strength last bulk.. i was bloated as ****(i wasnt takin anything just all the carbs I consumed)
however, my body isnt the type to stay lean and add solid muscle.. that high calorie bulk i added more muscle in 4 months than i did a year of "slow" bulking
it looked worst than it did in the pics.. its all about presentation and i just ****ed it up bad.. oh well, i got plenty of shows in my future to trry and perfect things

you idiots have nothing to add all you say is great job and stupid shit. why do you bother coming on this site if all your gonna do is post pictures to get compliments and post lame ass comments that dont help at all. the reason i dont post pictures of myself is cuz im not that desperate for attention but if its really neccessary to convince you that my body is in better shape than his and yours then ill start my own little thread.

haha my hair is naturally blonde and when i go tanning it gets really blondish/white.. in some spots.. plus the lighting played a part

that was months ago and the point of that thread wasnt for me 2 be satisfied by other people complimenting me. i got the advice i wanted so i took them down. and ya your skinny. no1 is giving any advice or nething just saying the same thing over. this entire thread is you saying thanks to everyone. its pointless. the only reason im wasting my time posting on it is cuz its so irritating that i have to say something. dont be all cocky cuz you started lifting 9 months ago and did some stupid little local competition. and ya its the pictures section but it the point should be for criticism not some sort of boost to your low self esteem.

Well.. I peaked my bulk at 257 lbs this off season.. lifts were up to 405x4 on bench, deadlift 585x3, squat 500x3.. at 235 13 weeks out im leaner and 40 lbs heavier than i was at 8 weeks out
ill make a new pics thread once im further into diet. i should be 20lbs heavier with better conditioning.
