Thanks Primal. I do legs once a week and cardio 4 times a week. Its hard to sacrifice one thing for another but I still gotta burn some fat off, and thats most important to me right now. My legs are the first to burn fat though unfortunately.

Well first of all huge difference. Amazing gains good cycle.
Your Bodyfat is a bit high IMO/. are you on pct now that could make weight loss ( actual fat loss here) hard.
to many people focus on the pounds instead of the look.
Post up your cutting diet, with the right diet youll cut you have alot of muscle it wont be hard.
Go get an accurate Bodyfat test with calipers done start dieting, if you use cardio and clen you can really speed the process up.
Personally i find when i start dieting the initial shock is amazing you go from likr 5-6 k cals a day down to about 3 then shave down.
But how many cals is dependent o nthe BF.
So good gains, but if you want to cut you gotta diet. If you are tryin to cut post your diet we can help.
