    Hey all,
New to the site officially, however have been using the site for info for a few years now. i live in Australia, i'm 5'11'', 85kg (which is around 190 pounds) and im 20yo. Trained since i was 15, stopped for a few years (partying and girls) then got back into it just before i turned 19. The first two photo's of me are at 18 years old. i just finished a 6 week cycle of d-bol. i went from 78kg-93kg (171-200 pounds in almost two months). much of it was water retention! as you can see in the 3rd photo, this is after dieting and losing the water, i droped back down to 193 pounds. I trained for another 6-12 months, then i did a 12 week cycle of test enanthate , deca and a bit of bol at the start. By the end of the 12 month period, i got up to 220 pounds from 205. I didn't take any photo's of this with my shit off as i was not happy with this weight gain. a lot of it was good gains, but much of it was bf.

The 4th-7th photo's is of me now unfortunately...yet fortunately. During my second cycle, i got a really bad shoulder injury, suspected rotator cuff. couldn't lift for crap, and all the deca in the world couldn't fix it! I battled with this for months after and finally decided, along with going on a few holidays and also uni exams, to practically stop training. i dropped back down to 205 pounds and stayed there for some time, this was before i stopped training. i dropped a further amount to 185 pounds, and this was about a month ago. My diet was terrible and i lost a lot of gains, however i also lost a lot of bf!

so here i am now, at 190 pounds and training naturally with a healed shoulder.
Its some crazy transformation going from a stick (not shown in photo's) to going to a peak then coming back down again.

I feel like i'm starting again, however with a lot more knowledge about training and dieting, and im going to do things right this time and try and go it natural as starting on gear at a young age was a stupid idea!

Anyways, this is turning into a thesis, so let me know what you guys think!

Thats exactly what im trying to do at the moment. get some lean mass, bulk it up whilst keeping lean! my training is tip top, i've been researching and practicing ever since i was 14/15, so my routine and form is very good. But it hasn't been until very recently that i realised the serious importance of dieting! it took a few years of experimenting (good gains with good diet, bad gains with no diet) and also experimenting with a few cycles (which was not a good idea at a young age) until now know its got hardly anything to do with training and aas, its 70-80% about the fuel you put into the body to perform. will be keeping a close eye on diet and keep my research up on this site.

Good to be a part of the community!
