Took 4th (7 guys in my class) in the Open Mens Lt Heavyweight Class. No pics from the show yet but this one was 16 hours before prejudging. Have contest number 2 this coming week and will be coming in harder.

Thanks, I actually did not come in quite as hard as I would have liked. Cut my sodium a tad too early and tried a diruetic for the first time which flattened me out and had me trying to play catch up to fill out by prejudging. I came in at 190 and am going to shoot for around 185-187 this weekend.

You know it bro. Im targeting next summer. I wanna finish the cut im doingand get as close to 6% as possible so that I can bulk for a few months without my BF getting much above 13% or so, I know I need to put on a little more size before I get up there. But yeah, next spring, April or so, I will be ready. Figuring I will compete somewhere around your weight class, 190 or so....PS- Enjoying the sodium loading Bloating hasnt been too bad either.
