Day 7 [During Pictures]
Now. Let's fast forward to July 27th. My 7th day.
Gained weight. Now 132.5.
Sorry guys, no bike helmet this time =( But I do have a clean room!
I'm pretty sure I gained muscle in my arms. [I can't really flex. Just like I can't gargle... I dk. Fun fact.]
You can't really see in the pictures, but my back dimples got a lot more noticeable.
My gluteus maximus =) grew so much in 1 week. It got a lot more firm as well.
My abs are starting to come back. The only thing noticeable in the picture is the center cut.
Edited. Photos removed. Take your photos in a posing top or sports bra.
I think those are all my current changes.
Weird thing though.. I don't think that I lost any bf%. Do you think so? Shouldn't I have by now?

You have definitely cut some fat. You look great. It would help us a little bit more if you took pics in the exact same positions as the first post but I would say you are on the track to definitely reaching your goals. Good job.

Definately cut bf, especially in the abs region. your buttocks seem so much firmer, and all round you seem a lot tighter and firmer, good work, keep it up.

whats with the nakedness? i mean, not that im complaining but seriously, its mean.
I would say your stomach looks leaner, but like already mentioned, not the greatest comparison pics as they are totally different, although like you said, you were alone for these pics.
P.S. that "Im alone for the night" comment will encourage the pervs to post something typical lol

soooo, your arms definitly look great, along with your shoulders, very nice and toned.
abs need more work. but you know that. i wouldnt work them out to much though, you dont want them to be blocky. just crack down on the diet and cardio. your abs will come in and your obliques will trim down.
legs and ass look great
oh and nice cleavage. very yummy

Agreed with my little bro... Your already toning up nicely so just some light weight training and cardio. I think the abs are good now but again, its all about you and what you want.
Your shoulders look good, the legs are perfect and your curves are pretty much on point.

Remember this is a bodybuilding website so the more compliments the more self esteem boost for that person which IMO makes you work harder for your goals (also works if you get shit on too).
From what i can see there is more muscle definition, def. fat loss but we need another shot possibly close to the first pics of you. If you have a timer on your camera set it on the counter or something and time it with enough time to get in front of it and pose. Or just have 189 get home and take some pics of you. There is definate improvement but i think you should be more focused on your diet as that is key to loosing BF% the quickest. Im not sure if you posted your daily diet or not but if you have or havent would you mind posting it?

definately already an improvement for 7 days...your body definately looks tighter...abs are looking great to far and arms are starting to get more toned...and like said before pics like the other ones would be great to compare

nice pics. hard to compair though.
try to get the same poses with the same backgrounds to make it easier to compair. It also helps to try to wear the same clothes(or whatever) and use the same camera.
i'm looking foward to compairing 2 weeks with day 1.

Like a few of the dudes said, it's a little difficult to compare the pictures, but I think the third pic definitely shows a noticeable change in your abs. Also, in the first pic you look like you have decent separation between your delts and bicep. It would definitely help to have better pics to compare against.
Like Legs said, I think getting back to your diet would be your greatest asset. What does your cardio look like?
