hi well ive been training for a long time but it does not matter hpw much i have put on i still dont look as big as i want?i tell ppl im 235lbs and they say wow,but when they see me i get the " you dont look that big?" but at over 6'3 just how big do i need to get before it does look big?

But at 6'3, what do you expect?

If your genetics arent helping you out, with that height you just might be at almost a "plateau" ??

You're definitely not SMALL, and I don't think you're HUGE, but you're still looking pretty big. At that height it's hard to look huge unless you have awesome genetics, but keep at it.

You need bigger shoulders and traps and lats. If you get them to grow it will make a world of difference. Don't try to put it all on at once, I like to set goals, 10lbs at a time.
