Good progress, but seriously, you need to eat ALOT OF FOOD.
From the moment you wake up, to the time you sleep, if you're not in the toilet, you should be eating food and drinking water.

My problem is I'll eat too much junk food like pizza, fried chicken, chinese food, etc and i don't gain as much muscle as I do when I stay on a clean diet.

But for you I would just EAT EVERYTHING IN SIGHT. A SEEFOOD DIET!!!

hey good job bro!! ive been where youve been. i didnt see your height stated? how tall are ya?

can see improvement most def. but the big thing you need to be congratulated on is that your took the initiative to get your shit together and make a change in yourself. its tough to do that. it tough to set a goal and its tougher to work towards that goal. but your well on your way and i give you mad props for that bro.

take everyones criticism. cuz you know what your weak points are. so criticism cant hurt ya. but it can fuel your fire to continue to grow.

keep it up. work on that diet and get big

you need a better base bro. The secret trick is called Caloric Intake. Research the hargainer's thread and go to work bro. And 20 is too young IMO especially with your base/build

This is the second post in like 10 min where you advised someone to eat fatty foods.

    Can you explain your reasoning?

I wouldnt go that far, definitely adding fish oil and flax oil are good but saturated fats are not great for anyone.
