I'd say 14-15%. You carry fat more in your lower abs, like me. Obliques are still lookin good. I know how you feel bro, when Im bulking I call my abs a 4-pack and a hotdog. Not sure what your weight/bf was before but lookin pretty good. Just up the cardio and update the diet. What's your diet lookin like btw?

I was guessing anywhere from 13-15% myself, its just hard to use calipers(or whatever they're called) because they read like a 5 on my arm and then my waist fluctuates throughout the day depending on water or what i've eaten.
I'm 6'00, 225 lbs today the scale says. I may not look it, but I'm a powerful sob. I think its called like "farm boy syndrome" or something, thats what my dad once told me. I come from past generations of farmers. We dont look big, but our backs are monstrously strong.
Diet is good 6 days a week, except on day 7, the day after I go out for a night is a lot of junk. But for those 6 days out of 7, and its often 13 out of 14 because I don't go out quite so much anymore, its very clean.
This is week 6 of 300mg primo/300mg test cycle and ill keep posting updates weekly now. Primo works, but its tough, you have to be very disciplined on it because its really not that strong. So like anything else, it all comes down to your diet, and training routines.
And the hole in the wall is because the damn sewers backed up in me and the girls house,thats the basement bathroom and they had to basically destroy anything from 6" above the floor and down. lolLast edited by nhl1; 08-17-2008 at 10:58 AM.

If you or anyone else wants any kind of BF% guestimate you really need to include a pic of the wheels. Another one showing how the lower back looks also helps.

I just got back from the gym there, and I ride my bike to and from, so Im usually pretty tight for an hour or so.
I'd say 15% or lower, you should see me when I first wake up in the morning, I think i look lower than 10%. My body really fluctuates throughout the day big time.
Its a work in progress but I enjoy it.
