Lil bit over 200 body fat around 9% i think hehe My wheels lost alot of size so im not as heavy as i once was.

You guys are probably right about my body fat it once was 9% think i picked up a bit of water recently specially in my abs.

As far as cycles i have done a few but i was way too young and stupid and lost most gains im still only 21 years old (22 in a month) but recently i finished a test eq cycle and have been keeping most gains finally a non wasted cycle thanks to this board.

Its hard to stay off the sauce when i was young cause i was a "hard gainer"
Now i dont even believe in that word .
