Please advice me on my BF and gauge my progress
1st pic is from when I started roughly 7 months ago the rest were all take this week after shoulder arm and back workouts. Any input positive and/or negative is welcome. Thanks.

the 2nd picture (with no shirt on)
looks like an older picture also...compared to your other pictures.
I cant find any flaws for your upper body...
nice traps,,biceps,,triceps & your chest isnt that bad either..
although the 2nd picture does show a slack in abs/stomach...
makes it look like you have more BF then the other pictures...
but you look good!
keep up the work & you've def. made progress in them 7 months.
& nice tat!

That middle pic was actually taken today I have always had definition on my upper body but my abs and obliques have always slacked Im finally starting to do more ab work on a daily basis in hopes of catching up heres a better pic it also depends on how I take the pic which is quite aggravating.

You are bigger for sure. You are on the right track, BF I'd say 15%, but need to look at the wheels!

I think you are leaner than 15%, I would put you closer to 12 but its hard to tell without seeing the wheels and lower back.

Thanks and thank you all for the positive feedback, I weighed myself today and the scale at the gym says Im at 210 which is good but I feel and look bigger than before but i go by the mirror and not the scale, my arms are close to 18" already which is excellent considering I got to 18 3/4" while on my first cycle (granted I did whey in at 245 Pic of me halfway is the first) so I wanna get there naturally and then try another cycle so we will see where this road takes me. I took the second pic today and made myself a sort of inspirational poster (2nd pic) to look at whenever I start getting tired.

Just got home from arms day I feel awesome great pump still only on the No Xplode and proper diet, high on protein, low on fat, doing 20 minutes of cardio every day with alternating high and low resistance. Here are some pics of today's workout. Gotta love that pump.
