new here... figured id throw up some picts of me.. they were taken today in the shithole i call the gym..
20 yrs old. 5'9" 203lbs presently
i dont know other stats.. like bf or arm size and whatnot sorry if it matters

Got some nice thickness happening there and you went up 2 toughguy points because of the shaved head!!

heres the shoulders pumped up.. legs match.. nothing amazing though. anyone want to give me a couple rear delt exercises i gotta hit them a little harder theyre not keeping up. thanks

i started to take it seriously like a two and a half years ago. i did a cycle of sust dbol for 8 weeks.. then went to enanthate and deca for almost 6 months. then i did a bridge of winny and clen for like 6 weeks. i was 220 for about 3 months this spring. but.. it was too hard to keep with a full time girlfriend. job and hardly any money. i dropped to like 185lbs after my gym closed down and i started back in the beginning of june or late may. im currently on i believe its 100mg of tren eod.. not sure since i messed up the kit.. and 1 1/2 cc of enanthate every monday and thurs. im gonna get some winstrol and taper off the tren and switch to eq and follow this out to christmas. this is week 4 for this new cycle. my strength went through the roof. seated dumbell military 100lbs x10 for 3 sets flat bench like 355 for 10.. i hate high reps though i try to catch 4-6 reps usually with pretty much everything but biceps i think thats why they are the smallest. but as far as a shoulder workout.. um..
seated dumbell press -- 3 sets of 4-5 reps .. right after the first set jump up and grab a 45lbs plate and grip it in front of you and lift it up to you can see yourself in the mirror through the hole and hold for 2secs and slowly lower go to failure.. do that after every set with the military make sure you hold at the very top close grip.
then i do side lat raises with dumbells 3 sets 5 reps each arm
straight bar or dumbell shrugs - 4 sets of the heaviest weight i can grip to failure all 4.
then do some upright rowes and shoulder press machine. i try to get like two super sets in each body part a day. um.. thats just an outline i change it up every week. soo hope it helps.. any feedback or questions let me know. talk to you guys later thanks for all the support and positive comments
