u could always use a cell phone to take the vid, most cell phones have video cameras now. and u definitely look bigger. weakest point i would say is lats.

those dudes were being asses....basically being sarcastic about some stupid videos...its what people with small minds do to get a laugh. But yes i feel my lats are lacking as well. Also i dont have a cell phone i know that sounds crazy at this day and age but i dont. i do have a house phone though but it doesnt record anything. i promise you guys ill get a vid of my lifts as soon as i can.

they are indeed funny i laughed especially the first one with like the billion little tens on. But hey, it all adds up ill get a leg shot up shortly. i have pretty cut legs i would say my back is my best feature. trying to get my lats bigger an di reall want that hard split down the center of the chest. I dont know what to do about that.

Nice pics - I think u need to work on the lat spread pose - bet you look better than that but something is off about the pic - looks like you have no delts. Calves look great man - hard to get that definition - add some size to that and your quads & you'll be lookin tink!

thanks alot man.....im not really sure how to flex my back. like i try an di try but it just doesnt seem right...il keep working on it and ill post some more pics up later on. Any advice on flexing your back???
