10days later Diet 09, cretique plz
i drank friday and satruday, but not a whole lot got more whole body pix without me flexing and what not, let me kno if these are better this time. i didnt eat or work out for these pix, morning and weighed in on my house scale in boxers @ 225 gym scale was saying 230-232 yesterday, but i figured cuz i had cloths on and stuff in my pockets. let me kno what i need 2 work on a little harder im eating every day....
Wake up.
RALA + biotin
1 cup oats
1 cup EWI egg whites
1/2 scoop protein
1/4 cup milk
multi-V Glutamine
meal 2
RALA + biotin
10oz turkey on 2 wheat bread sandwhiches (100 calories each)
2tbls fat free ranch (really gross)
meal 3 usually PWO
2 scoop whey 42G protein
1/4 cup milk
35G Maltdexdross (all put in blender and taken to gym)
Get home from gym 1 large banana
***** 3-6-9, L-carnatine, ZMA
meal 4
8-10oz steak some veggies
Meal 5
8-10oz chicken some more veggies
30 min b4 bed
1 scoop whey in water
***** 3-6-9, glutamine
last time i kept track was around
2200 calories
250g protein
200g carbs
65g fat
im 22

225lbs i guess now lol.
does my diet plan look good or should i throw in some more food?

o and i try not to eat carbs after my workout like that video from the diet forum, other then veggies or if i feel tired ill have some almonds

omg lol i had to take like 10 leg shots, they wouldnt let me upload it, had to lower my camera to 2mp for it to load and still almost didnt make it

no post carb meals I always have my post carb, your body needs it after a hard workout

thnx guys, question no maltodextrin in protein? i use 1 serving which is 35G carbs in my PWO is this not good?? + i have a banana with that which is bout 25g-30g sugar depending on the size should i get rid of the maltodextrin all 2gether?? and no milk got it thats easy

oh okay man my bad, I didnt see that part.
yeah thats what I eat for my pw, is one banana, I heard that dextrose works pretty good never tried it myself because I heard that it has alot of sugar in in, so i just drink a redbull after my workout to spike my insulin .

thats the thing tho i got maltdextrin its ground up corn it says?? called carbo gain it comes in a white powder but 2g sugar per 50G scoop

unfortunetly like all ppl overweight and fat, i never liked pix and never wanted pictures with my shirt off so shots are limited. i wish i had some to look back on lol
