lol well anyone that will recognize your face knows you aren't in north korea.
traps are pretty ridic. i always think of that from the avy. but 12-14 probably. got a little abs goin on but not much on the obliques

I think I`m going to bulk next time. I was lifting 5 days on 1 off and also doing cardio 5 days in the morning 30mins on an eliptical and another 30mins in the evening 5 times a week plus 2 hours of hockey per week.

Looking good man, takes some time to fill out a 6'2 frame. Dont get in a rush and end up fat just to get the scale moving faster.

what are you goals?
post you trap work out (are you or were you a wrestler?)
look good you have a nice base
just fyi. what are your work outs generally
diet looks, ok i would do some research around here you have more than most as a base and on that big frame you will look menacing!!!

My main goal is to bulk a bit and make myself a better athlete overall. I dont want to get too huge but that goal could change one day. I used to wrestle when I was younger but not recently at all.
I have a home gym and do alot of cable exercise as well as free weights
Main focus for traps is shoulder shrugs,cable flys, and another exercise that I dont know the name of lol I stand up straight with a curl bar with my palms facing in and lift to chest level. Other possible factors for large traps is masive amounts of knee lifts hanging from a bar in my ceiling who knows.

you have my exact build pretty much
im 6'3 220. a tad less bf then you though
our traps are the same. except ive never trained traps. they grow from back and shoulder days
chest is lagging.
front delts are strong.

I agree with everyone else, around 13%. Can't help but comment on the traps, man they are nice! Oh yeah, they are called up-right-rows.
