Cardio days...
for some reason i cant do cardio on a complete empty stomache, what if i wake up have 1 scoop of whey, and then get my ass to the gym is this just as good? being my whey is 120 calories everytime i try not 2 eat i feel so sick when i leave the gym for a few hours and i end up starting my first meal like 2-3 hours after i first wake up
