    Progress pix b4 and after...

    so first set are from when i started on january 8th Pix underneath are from February 3rd, so almost a full month later.... any ideas if i should b looking slimmer or more shreded and cut more food from my diet or keep it the way im doing it

    Workout days: protein 250g Carbs 200g and fats under 75g total kcal around 2475
    Cardio and non workout days: protein 250 Carbs 100g and fats under 50g. = 1850

    BMR is 2250 with 0 activity so medium activity would give me a BMR of 3400 on workout days and resting days i should be doing around 3000.

    Is my diet good??? or should i up some macros a little bit and try to aim for 2900 on workout days and 2400 on cardio and non workout days?

    this is me 2day. after first 2 meals not same poses as when first started and lighting is a little different, but any1 got good guesses on body fat % as well? i guess around 14ish

    starting weight was around 235, current weight is around 223 ( goes up and down as week goes on but those are the scale measurements on monday morning b4 weekly workout.

    real question im getting at here is should i do more cardio and should i eat more or less??? and BF % as well, opinions greatly appreciated, u can b harsh on me 2 i dont care lol

    workouts are around 1.5 hours each 1 hour on big parts 30-40min smaller parts then 15 min cardio after workout.

    Cardio days are 1 hour, 30 minute run @ 6mph and 30 minute crossramp was doing 15/15 elyptical split but it doesnt seem to make me break a sweat anymore and makes my foot go numb, so i just dont do it. cardio is wednesday and satruday mornings right after wake up and if i didnt go out saturday night i go sunday as well.

    Keep you diet consistent for a week and see how much weight you lose. Shouldn't be losing more than 2lbs a week (if your trying not to lose muscle). If you dont lose weight cut carbs add more cardio until you find your sweat spot.
