2 yrs of working out naturally.. should i think abt juicing up? pictures posted
whts up ppl,
im 22 yrs old and ive been working out for 2 yrs now and i dont seem to grow anymore.. my diet hasnt been on track lately but i can fix that.
so far ive only taken shit loads of creatine and i realized that it wasnt getting me anywhere, then i tried animal stack... besides gaining strength i didnt see any other results.
so now im thinking about juicing up... ive done my research but i feel like i have tons more to learn... here are some of my pics...
dont hold anything back... criticism will only help me get better.

i agree that his diet needs to be in order and at his age he may not need aas but i continue to see peeps in far less shape than him start cycles so he deserves some respect for putting in the work to attain the shape he is in.that being said i would work on my diet and find what works for you to start growing natty again.gain a bit more size,cutt up and see where you are at before crossing over to the darkside.the knowledge you will gain while experamenting with your diet will futher prepare you to run a proper cycle.just my .02 good luck bro.

if you cut up what you have youll look pretty good. not sure you need steroids unless you want be huge or something.

my goal is to gain a decent amount of size.. look big but not fat... im a pre-med student and i just quit work... now i have enough time to workout and study... my clean bulk diet starts from today... what do u suggest i should do? start juicing up or do i still have some time to build up naturally??

Find what diet works for you (how many cals/pro/fat/carbs you need to cut/gain).
Research AAS.
Experiment with a different routine.
Research AAS.
Bring your BF down to about 10-12% naturally.
Research AAS.
Research AAS.
Hopefully you are near where you genetically can go no further.
Decided on your own if you are willing to take AAS and accept all the possible side effects that may follow in doing so.

well, there's only one side effect im really worried abt.. and that's impotency.. im just 22 and not married... i wanna have kids some day... NORMAL kids lol... but i heard if u stay off jucing for abt 2 yrs i would get back to normal... is it true?
i know, ive just spoken like a true noob

yea... i took those facts into consideration... but yea u pretty much scared me out of it... for now.... im at work, ill post my diet up as soon as i get home.. maybe u could help me improve it... and is there anyway i could reduce my gyno? im talking without surgery...
i know someone told me that loosing fat might help... what do u think?

Hey man I think you have done a real good job in your development. Don't worry if you feel people are talking trash. Most don't have the physique or have the balls to post pics but guess what you did. Congrats to that!!
But I believe you could benefit from some more good training, diet info here, and learning all the cycle info. I trained for about 4 years before I joined the dark side. I also joined up here and waited an extra 6 months before I started. I CANNOT stress how important a solid diet plan is. All the drugs in the world will mean nothing without one and once I really dialed in my diet close to perfect is when my physique took off.
Research my friend. Read all the stickies and don't be afraid to ask questions even if you feel they may be stupid cause I mean the rest of the guys here that flame newbies were lucky enough to be born with all the knowledge and knew exactly what they were doing from day one haha

i was 157 out of high school... i juiced three cycles and was 227 (i was in my early 20s) and was jacked at maybe 4 - 5% body fat... test and deca . i started a new company that was very hard on my body and time, worked out only two or three times a week doing shoulders back and chest - never did legs... weight was like 245lbs. 6 years later i started racing mountain bikes and got down to 220 shreaded but i lost almost all of my upper body, three years later i was down to 202 and at that time i relized that i really missed lifting to get good size (body building) so i found a source that sold me sust and anadrol ... and i was cycling and lifting tons... got hit by a car and destroyed my left side broke every thing!!! ribs, fingers, shreaded muscles ripped in half - and i lost every thing... from that point i have been clean (no juice) all i changed was my diet - and from that i have been growing very strong and putting on good size... that was three years ago
so your answer: with a good diet and great training split you will see major results - you could do the same in 18 months or 24 months in my opinion with gear.
start it clean then get as far as you can... then juice if that is what you want to do.

here's my diet:
it dsnt usually go like this... i squeeze in peanut butter and chicken breast here and there lol
8am oat meal 4 egg whites
9am Protein shake
11am Steak with broccoli & rice
1pm turkey sandwich & 4 eggs
2pm pre workout
4pm 50g whey protein & 4 eggwhites
6pm steak with patato & broccoli
9pm 50g protien shake
10pm low fat milk

Yes lets get this diet on track. First we would need some stats with height, weight, and try to get your bodyfat tested. Head down to the diet forum and have a read through the stickys on bulking and take a peak into nova and narks thread on performace nutrition 101 some really awesome diet info can be found there.
Protein sources:
lean turkey
eggs
chicken
lean red meat (buffalo, veal, filet)
maybe cottage cheese if you respond well to diary
Carbs:
oats
sweet potatos
red potatos
brown rice
barley
fats:
extra virgin olive oil
avocado
fish oils
natty peanut butter
yolks from eggs whites are good in the morning (I eat 0mega-3 eggs)
Just some simple diet pointers real quick. Take a peak at the link I gave you and start reading on some things, protocols, etc. Take your time, design you a solid diet, keep that going for a couple months, maybe look into different workout routine and while you do that research your ass off here. You'll learn trust me. The search engine tool is awesome. You do everything right and when its time to hop on cycle it will be great. Be patient and dedicated thats the key to your goals
