    44 y/o male

    hello all, i just wanted to post my pic and show my results. iv been on several cycles for about ten yrs. im 5'11 255 , 35 waist / 21 inch arms .
    my bench is around 500lbs squats around 700. thanks

    yeah need to loose about 15- 20lbs, bf is around 16%. thanks for the comments
