    Kinda sad... Ive never been this low and I always assumed that Id be ripped at 220lbs LULZ its sad cuz I still got a ton of work to do

    Looks really good...i started Keto on March 30th...Im down 20 pounds and its been 6 weeks...Im hoping in another 3 months i am down another 20..then I would be happy.

    Start weight March 30th-257
    Current weight May 12th-237

    Goal weight 205-210

    Well, you would be surprised where you lack muscle once you lose a lot of fat. Im trying to get them to grow, I can bench 400lbs so its not for lack of strength.
    Its nice being able to see the abs... I guess you will just have to take my work for it.

    I actually keep it simple. I match fats and proteins trying to hit about 200 each. Keep carbs under 50 per day, not including 50PWO
    There are a lot of different kinds of keto deits out there

    Dont worry, everyone aways underestimates how much they need to lose to get ripped. Now you wil laugh even harder next time some dude at the gym tells you "I could look like so and so if I dropped 15bs".
