    10 week results

This is 10 weeks in so far. I'm obviously not as lean as most of the members on here, but this has the most drastic transformation for me so far. I feel like I'm finally beginning to understand the right way to diet and exercise, for ME, after all the research, lectures, reading, and viewing I've done.

Looking to get even leaner in the next 6 weeks before I start bulking again

I sure will. I'm planning to run a superdrol clone, it's gonna be around august. This should help give me a solid base to run my first test (and winni) cycle in Jan next year.

Thanks to everyone for the comments.

Hey thanks for the encouragement everyone. I keep thinking I'm going too slow for 10 weeks, since I only lost 10 lbs. But from everyone's comments, that's probably not too bad. I have been holding on to muscle well, and I actually went from 15.5" arms to 16"...so I guess 10lbs is ok.

Btw, I'm not on any AAS. I started clen for a bit, but got real high bp so I stopped that and the fat burners. Now I just drink coffee in the morning, and a pre-workout supp in the afternoon.

To tell you the truth, I'll probably never touch clen again. Didn't notice any drastic results and the risks are too high...for me at least.

    Again, thanks to everyone.
