    Latest fast carb day.

    Did this on sunday just been busy.You guys seen my slide the last pic in the slide I had only 54 carbs a day for three days then I went and trained shoulders pre work out 4.5oz boneless breast1/2 cup of white rice pwo 4.5oz boneless breast1/2 cup of white rice

    When I get my diet in check I'm going to hit you up on how you did this to your body.
    You should create a thread about your step by step process on diet and training with pics for the members who have always wanted this look. You should know how difficult it is and haw much knowledge it takes. Would wind up being a sticky if wrote up rt. You look contest ready to me .

    Thanks for the vote of confidence,And I'm willing to help anyone who inspires me enough to work with them step by step.Not me and 10 other opinions cause then you'll never know what works for you until we go through "MY" process of elimination.When the 16 weeks is up I'll talk to the powers that be and maybe that could be possible.After all I haven't seen a sticky on natural contest prep this elaborate.

    Thought you were following my threads and not just my pics.I've gotten more out of discipline with diet and educated training then any level of juice could ever provide.It ain't the drugs that get bbr's in contest shape it's all diet and discipline.

    Every week I'm getting leaner in the abdomen from my adjustments.I'm starting to get feather striations in my oblique innercostals which is so fukin bad ass.I'm not posting any more pics till I'm done and really blow everyone away.June 16th will be the unveiling.

    Aw bro I took no offense.I think it's a compliment when people say things like that.No comps I only did this so if and when I do decide to compete in a natural show there will be no guess work ,and I kill it.People talk about how they go through hell doing contest prep give me a fukin break.I'm sailing rite on into contest shape.It's seems the longer the weeks go the more driven I become.I wouldn't want to fall into the trap of listening to this guy or that guy.If your up on the bb seen you'll know that Chad Nicholls during Dennis Wolf's last 2 weeks of the Olympia removed all carbs from his diet to try and get him leaner.He might has well just sent him to a gun fight with a sling shot the guy lost fifteen lbs and came in flat as fuk probably cost him the"O"That ain't gonna be me no one knows my body better then me.

    and what is your average Carb intake when your not doing low or no?

    My last 3 day calorie surge I went from 171.2 -175 the stats are on my slide.AM carbs after cardio 1 cup oats 54g pre work out 1 medium sweet potato pwo 1/2 cup of brown rice.When I'm not in contest prep mode I just eat bro, but never get bloated I try to get my protein in before I go to town on the carbs.Remember I was a fat kid growing up endo morph slow metabolism so I'm carb sensitive and even more so when not doing cardio.
