    Yeah, I'm definitely doing the bulking thing. I started out at 147. I'm at mid 170s now. I was 180 then lost some when I got sick and a bit more when I injured my back and was out of the gym for 3 weeks. Everything is healed and hitting the gym hard again.

    Don't start with me about the lats and chest. Both seem to grow very slowly for me. That's your strength, not mine. My lats are actually a little wider, my posing sucks.

    Right now I'm an even 175 but you better watch out, I'll catch up and pass you. And why should I make my bed when I'll just get back in and mess it up again?

    I started bulking in May. I've been eating pretty much 24 hours a day. From 7am till around 8-9pm I eat every 2 hours. Then I eat over night twice, usually at 1am and 4-5am. During the day I literally force feed myself. I eat when I'm not hungry and I eat till the point I'm gagging forcing the food down.

    As far as food and sups. I only eat chicken, turkey and fish. I don't eat pork or beef. I think that's why I stay pretty lean while bulking. My supplements are multi vitamin, glutamine, myoplex protein shakes and creatine. I try and make all of my meals the following. 50% carbs, 30% protein and 20% fat.

    I try and get in bed early every night and get 8-10 hours of sleep.

    I train legs HEAVY on Fridays so my weekends are pretty much shot. All weekend I just eat and sleep. Some weekends I don't even get dressed cause I pretty much just lay in bed and grow.

    As far as training, I've been training HEAVY. 10 reps for warm up then I aim for 6-8 reps, 3-4 sets. I've been focusing on compound movements, deadlifts, squats, military press. I first started dead lifts with a 35 plate on each side and added weight every week. I can know deadlift over 4 plates each side and I'm still increasing the weight every week.

    I do the same for all of my workouts every week I increase the weight by 5-10 pounds. So I've seen my strength increase slightly every week. I keep the intensity high. I have a tendency to over train so I always watch the clock and stop myself at an hour or hour 15 mins. I don't do any cardio.

    Another thing I do every 3-4 week I change my entire workout. EVERYTHING from the order to the type of movements. I always notice I get the most sore after the change and I stop getting sore by the 3rd week so it's time to change again.

    I've been growing naturally. I put on an average of 1 too 1.5 pounds a week.

    Once all of the above stops working. I think I'll go ahead and add a little juice.
