    back progress what area needs work?

    Looks like you've added a lot of width to your back. As far as what area needs work.... I would say your middle and lower traps are maybe a little behind the rest of the back. Great progress so far.

    thanks,yea my focus was a lot on adding width,lots of wide chins worked. for middle traps what exercises do you prefer?

    Width is looking good, need more thickness top to bottom. Heavy rows and deadlifts should be your best friend for the next 8-12 months.

    Try squeezing your shoulder blades down and in when doing seated rows

    aprreciate the compliment. just starting a strength program by bill starr and the two back exercises are rows and deads so hopefully this turns out nicely!
