!!most recent!!
Been off cycle for awhile now (last cycle was test e 600 week) for 12 weeks. thinking of starting a test e and tren e cycle, low test dose to keep libido and probably 500 mg week tren.
so heres the pics! im 165 pounds this morning standing 5'7, estimate on bodyfat would be appreciated, and of course, name the weak areas so i know what i need to bang up next cycle.

Guesstimate around 14% bf. I suggest to bulk, hows ur diet like? when was ur last cycle? and how old are ya?

arms and calves seem to be strong points, weak points appear to be chest and back. when doing chest work on form and being in complete control, id do slow reps just to make sure hte chest is getting hit good.
