    !!most recent!!

    Been off cycle for awhile now (last cycle was test e 600 week) for 12 weeks. thinking of starting a test e and tren e cycle, low test dose to keep libido and probably 500 mg week tren.

    so heres the pics! im 165 pounds this morning standing 5'7, estimate on bodyfat would be appreciated, and of course, name the weak areas so i know what i need to bang up next cycle.

    im deciding if i should cut, since its summer... or bulk and look like shit for awhile haha

    Guesstimate around 14% bf. I suggest to bulk, hows ur diet like? when was ur last cycle? and how old are ya?

    my ONLY suggestion, maybe some more upper inner chest? give you the V in the chest?

    at least you don't ignore legs (that shit pisses me off)

    would love to work on that part of my chest, just seems any exercise i do wont hit it. any paticular exercises you found that worked?

    arms and calves seem to be strong points, weak points appear to be chest and back. when doing chest work on form and being in complete control, id do slow reps just to make sure hte chest is getting hit good.
