Thinking about cycling
Hey all I am thinking about hoping on a prop cycle and was wondering if yall could guestimate my bf% and also if im near my natural limit. All help is appreciated. I ran one week ass cycle six months ago of some bunk test e that I got from a supposed "friend" lol.
proposed cycle:
weeks 1- 10
Test Prop 150mg EOD
weeks five through 10
winstrol 50mg ED
PCT:
Clomid: 50/50/50/50
Nolvadex :40/40/40/40
stats:
23 yo
4 years of serious training
weight:200
Height:5'11
bench: 385

i would drop the winny and just run the prop for ten weeks...make sure ur diet is on point and u will luv it man..
I definitely think it'd be prudent of you to rethink your WO's and Diet. Definite work should be done on your shoulders (No back picture, however they look underdeveloped, thin), chest, stomach, traps etc.
What's your diet and WO look like?

dude, i understand what your sayin i guess... but as far as diet and workout goes i should have mentioned that prior to starting serious lifting i used to weigh 300 pounds and am now down 100lbs. Point being, i do not think the problem is with my diet and workout. As my goal is not competitive bodybuilding...and my name is not jay cutler. How about you post up a picture of yourself?

Damn its becoming a war zone in here....... Props for posting the pics... Excellent accomplishment saying you dropped 100lbs... I'de say get your bf% checked accurately. If your in the 15% are or below... Go for it bro. But i would do a simple test only if I were you.

Congrats on the 100 pounds, I still think there's good work you can do naturally but if you want to cycle, have fun.

Grats on dropping the 100lbs.
I believe those where not poised pictures taken in means of body fat estimating . Those look to be some casual pictures . I believe you look fine and around 14 % , Give or take 1% .
Weights you are pushing sounds like you are serious .
Can't advise you on test prop . Never used.
Maybe post diet in that section .

First off losing 100 pounds is a great accomplishment so congrats on that, hard to tell from those pics but bf looks to be 15-16%,to answer your question " am i near my natural limit" the answer is no,it all depends on how far you want to go with your bb hobby,i refer you to the diet section,first define what your goal is,cut,bulk or lean bulk,if you have not already you will find that most of the work and discipline involves diet and most of your progress depends on that as well,you will make better gains on your cycle with proper diet,goodluck.
