don't go on roids yetid consider you to do this tips before even thinking on it:
1.go to the doctor and do u a parasite check test(they check your excrete in a test to see if u have worms or so,dont feel onfend we all can get it they might be a reason of being skinny)
2.organise your self get a organise meal plan (u say u eat alot but u cant even tell us what u eat daily im sure is not as much u think find a 3600+ meal plan eat 5-6 times a day),quit eating junk and dedicate to chcken and fish.
3.get a good workout plan,4-5times a week with a heavy exercice(bench press,squat and pullups),make as much research of how muscle growth is done by human,about you body type(ectomorph),do heavy weight and little reps(about 3 sets of 8-10reps),stay away of cardio(try to stay a little less active so not burn to much calories a day,i quited soccer myself but till i gained the weight i wanted),use proteina shakes recomended.
4.educate yourself about steroid (check a topic or guide to learn everyday) use,this is a goood page ask all question about it pct,type of steroid and use,how to use,etc fill you mind of knowledge before doing something of this level.
Do all this for atleast a year to gather atleast some experience,you shouldnt guide yourself 100%of otehr experience or knowledge you should do it on ur own knowledge research 2-3 different sources of a same topic or doubt u have before getting in to a conclusion..if ur are goign to tempt to use roids no 1 can stop u but atleast be able to know what do.
I'm myself a skinny person still and probably you might be thinking he shouldn't judge me,but i mean atleast i have almost 3 years of experience in workout and about 1year researching about steroid information.and seems that stilll im not ready for it(too young,you r older than me!)but i mean u should atlesast have the knowledge b4 doing anything specially with things which may affect your health..Last edited by blazerelf; 07-18-2009 at 02:45 AM.

Well first off it looks like your friend aged about 15 years and you grabbed someone elses pic and said it is your friend.
What did he magically become this hairy monster in three months time, yeah right, we aren't idiots on this board. Steroids will not cause a rapid growth in hair in any amount of time.
You can see the gray hair on the older mans beard and you say your friend is 21.
But thats cool if you want to talk yourself out of hard work and not be at a respectable strength and size naturally cause its too hard to learn about diet and workout the right way instead of chest/arms 3x a week. I'd be embarrassed of myself if I was a skinny dude not even pressing 200lbs or doing squats, deads and having to take all kinds of strong compounds just to achieve minimal results or results that are EASILY obtainable naturally
You'll realize that steroids aren't magic and that you'll need to have a diet and training regiment designed for success. You'll need to do squats, deads and all the other things in order to get there. People around me started juicing early and I was able to surpass them within 3 years of hard work. Now theythave done three to four times the amount of cycles I have done and are half my strength and size (done 2 bulking cycles BTW).
Why cause I am dedicated to what I do achieved a solid foundation before crossing over while the others just train chest, arms and shoulders and then go out partying on the weekends, drinking and no diet. Then they wonder why and how i got better. HMMMM.
Do it the right way like everyone is telling you. It takes time and you WILL have to put years of work in in order to achieve your goals, that don't happen over night, in a month, 6 months, a year, hell even 2 years. The physiques we see in mags have take 5, 10, 15 years to develop. So be realistic and be smart

yea that first pic he has ZERO body hair, next pic he looks 25 years old lol. try to consume 175-200 grams of protein from REAL food every day, u can throw in a shake after directly after working out. try to hit 300-400 carbs per day. if u can meet those goals every single day for a sustained amount of time u should pack on some weight. oh and as for the pic of your friend all juiced up, if in that pic is on cycle, when he comes off the veins will go away and he'll shrink and he'll look normal.
a strange side note, it appears u and your friend are wearing the same underwear..

thats not wihte hair lol its the camera flash reflection lol he is an arab and they have body hair all over and in the first picture he wax's his body hair every month but in the second one its when its fully grown ... i know ur not idiots and im not saying that ... these are the photos and if u cant believe it its up 2 you guys ... (zero hair = wax)

I think you switched your brother's pic with your friend's or something. They have the same complexion but maybe you're arab as well.
The boxer shorts in the first pic are the same ones as the ones in the 2nd. idk you'd have to be pretty bored to look for someone wearing the same boxer shorts just to lie to us. I believe you. Maybe your friend lied to you or something?
That's not the point anyway. I'm 20, 5'10, 190lbs, and still not thinking about actually using. This past year I was 178lbs having gotten there from about 160ish. I thought I couldn't grow any bigger till I fixed my diet and workout plan.
I still think I can grow a lot more naturally but I know why you're so impatient. It's annoying to see people around you, who put 1/2 as much effort as you into workouts and have crappy diets, suddenly explode. But trust me, they're not going to keep most of it and they're probably going to end up hurting themselves from misusing.
Read, read, read. If you're not much of a reader, find someone to train with you who's naturally big, whose weight doesn't keep jumping up and down. That way you'll he knows what he's talking about and isn't an idiot who started roids way too early.
Hope you don't get tempted to jump in. Stay clean for the next 3 years or so .

The problem with your steroid using buddy... is he didnt have a foundation before starting the steroids and one thing we all find out is , no matter how well your PCT goes, your hormone balances will still be damaged for 6 months after leaving steroids. Your buddy will either loose everything and become even smaller then he started if not careful when leaving steroids, or else he is going to have to stay on them for years to keep from loosing what he gained.
If you are absolutely bound and determined to use steroids , I would recommend considering staying ONLY with what's natural to you... testosterone ... and keep doses low. Its not necessary to grow like crazy to have to take 500 to 1000 mg testosterone a week. You do better keeping doses low, especially at first. You could gain a lot of muscle at 200 mg every 2 week injection, you get enough boost of testosterone to trigger rapid growth but you dont get high estrogen, high testosterone tollerance, or sex hormone binding globulins that make testosterone and other steroids in your blood stream useless... what you grow was grown with moderately high testosterone instead of super high testosterone and therefore it is more sustainable and keepable. Your hormone balance recovery is ALWAYS going to be much easier with lower doses and you can actually use moderately high testosterone grown muscle memory to regain the size when you are back to natural levels and the negative side effects while on are rather minimal rather then severe. High estrogen or masculinized progesterone products like Tren and Deca cause severe shrinkage to your balls... sometimes it can result in permanent reduction in your ability to make testosterone in the future and can lead to dependancy on permanent testosterone replacement when you get into your late 30's and later. I would avoid tren and deca... they say they give you longer lasting results but if you go natural for good you never make enough testosterone naturally again to sustain it. So look good now and be either roid dependant in middle age (which guess what, it starts in only 10 years for most 20-somethings) or in bad shape later (old, fat and bald).
You know in Arnold's day... even arnold and other great body builders got fantastic results with just 250 mg of test every 2 weeks. Hey also darn near keep ALL they gained and had very minimal PCT issues, in fact they didnt use PCT or anti-estrogens and thus this mandated they keep their dosages low. 250 mg every 2 weeks would elevate your blood testosterone to almost triple natural maximum as it is but keeps the estrogen out of the picture which is really important to being able to get back off the cycle and keep what you gained.
In my opinion, start drinking weight gainer shakes, protein shakes and stay serious in the gym. You would grow just as fast it your stage of development with just weight gainer shakes and leave the roids out of it. Some guys take roids and dont gain a pound at all but have to deal with the after effects damage because they didnt know how to eat. Well buddy... we all can only force down so much food... in between meals, drink down those weight gainer shakes... dont do one before dinner or else you dont eat solid food and feel bloated... I used to drink WG shakes while eating before stomach recognizes the food in belly. Just lifting your calarie intake 1200 a day... will get you gaining... you want to take it easy... no sence in gaining much more then 5 pounds a month because any faster then that and all you are doing is getting fat. Takes time to grow muscles. Steroid grown muscle is not really dense with nutrients... its all water bloated and drains out really quickly when you remove the steroid.

well about the hgh..... first of all hgh doesn't work for teenagers because unlike steroids you can't surpass the amount of gh u would produce naturally, 2nd of all hgh is friggin expensive, 3rd of all steroids themselves enhance ur growth hormone levels naturally quite high i remember like 22 or 25 percent of something, so steroids themselves would be fine... 2nd of all ill be a lil less lean on the you still can improve natty policy and say, you should at least have 6 months of consistent training with diet before u cycle just so you can master the basics of bodybuilding
