    Hey guys. BF estimate please.

    Hey was looking for some estimates from you guys. Its very frustrating. I hold bf in the chest, under the arms, mid section. It sucks. Anyways you guys are usually spot on. I was almost scared I was getting gyno but could be bf. Was also scared I may never lose it. But here it goes

    Stats
    30 years old
    6ft 2
    275 lbs

    Well where else you expecting to hold it? You are overweight...sorry but you are pretty much holding it everywhere at that percentage of bodyfat man.

    Hopefully you can get in the diet section and get something worked out to lean out.

    Yeah been just getting bigger and stronger for a long time. Lifts are through the roof. Cleaned my diet up and hitting the cardio hard. Gonna be a long road.

    Im hoping to look bigger when I cut. I am gonna miss that 225 barbell curl and 500lb bench

    Oh and what I meant is those are the worst areas. My arms and legs arent as bad.
