Among certain people. Do competition diets for some competitors, know some pro's here and there. Nothin major but I suppose its fair to say I cant go to far out my front door without someone knowing who I am lol.

I train them CAREFULLY thats how lol.

They are the most mobile joint in the human body: prone to tears and dislocations.

I have had surgery on one shoulder and dislocated the other.

Always gotta put in the heavy compound movements to recruit the most muscle fibre but once a month I always do a high volume high tempo workout. I find this helps keep them looking more striated and adds to the overall shape of them

    But basically I would do:
    Lateral raises
    Barbell presses
    Front raises
    Upright rows
    Bent flies

My surgery was for osteolysis. I had an excision of the distal end of the clavicle and decompression of my acromion.
