8 years back and me to day yuk
just put these picts up so you can see what can be achived now its the way back and beyond looking at mybe getting back on stage next may need 14 pounds of new muscle to be on stage at 5ft 11 with 200pounds of muscle as a novice rippet is my aim for this next 12 months.

mate your going to have to put better photos of you up than those......im not going to be quick and call bullshit.......yet.....you must have better pics of when you looked good(i woukld of had lots of photos if id looked like that)....and the now pic is dated 2004.....(obviously that could be an easy mistake on the settings on the camera)

well, you need to drop the bf -
if you put on 14 lbs of muscle in a short period of time you will need to go natrual till you get your body ready to cycle if you so choose too, or as im sure you know, you risk some ugly sides...

no point me going natural as my body is ready i think after 20 years of gym training i know what works i have allways said that you can go so far natural then your body will not have the chemical meke up to build bigger i learnt that one years a go when i did some training with billy paine dorian yates old friend and training partner and thats no bullshit as i do not do that.people are quick to judge a person my be they should look inside them self yer the shit picture was me started back in may and i am different now and will post the next pictures at the end of this cycle and to give you a clue to my size
5ft 11 tall at 17st5 at average 24.8 and going to reduce that to 20% i like to be bulkey dont have to be strict with my food then life for living get serious when you need to.
chest 49in arms 18.2 thighs 29in calf 19.2 waist 41 but that when i am down is 29inch .
as for training legs yesterday after warmups and stretching squats 198 6reps leg press 572 12 reps then leg curls and stiff deadlifts with 220 8 reps this is mike menzer style training so thats my development and stage that i am at balls to the wall

the reason why i asked you for more pics is because we get alot of trolls comeing on here with bullshit storys....so when you show a pic that looks like pic from a magazine in black and white and another pic dated 2004......it just seems a bit strange.......
anyway past that.........you look great in the first pic and you sound like you know what you want and how to get it........so goodluck mate......
