Yea if I had to guess I would say 26-28 though. Depending on where you hold the majority of your fat at.

At this point why do you even care bro?

Start nailing a solid daily diet along with some good cardio 3-6 days a week it won't take hardly no time to lean right out...

I would still weight train hard while adding this into the mix.

    Good luck bro.

^^^ agreed, start busting your ass, youll lose weight in no time if you get your diet in order and hit up the cardio, its so easy to lose weight when your at a high percentage like you are, (no offense ive been there before trust me) but worry about your BF% once you get it down to where you want to be

    ^^ agreed

once you get a clean diet and training you'll drop the fat.

get your cardio before breakfast for 45mins 5-7 days a week or pwo what ever suits you!

    best of luck mate.

BMI is the worst bodyfat indicator there is, especially if you are lean it will give you a bad reading. Agree with Notorious though, at this point it doesnt really matter if you are 25 or 30%. I do disagree with the couple comments that you will lose the weight in "no time at all". You have a lot of excess bodyfat to burn off and it appears to be visceral as well. This is not going to be a 10 week success story. I would be doing cardio 7 days a week minimum 45-60 per session and get your calories set up right around maintenance level.

bmi isn't = bf%. you know that right?

bmi is crap. do a caliper test to get a better indication of bf. just work on your diet and the weight will come off. plus those aganizing empty stomach morning cardio routines. good luck bro.
