1st Week of Diet
Well I am into my 1st week of dieting.....My stats before I started were as follows:
5'7"
214lbs
BF:
Stats after one week:
204lbs
Plan on dieting down to 195 at 10% BF
Here are some pictures......

My diet is as follows:
0530: 40 Grams of Protein
0730: 6 egg whites with 2 yolks and 2 cups of oatmeal
1030: 1 x chicken Breast with some sort of fruit
1230: 10 oz steak with baked potato (Plain Potato)
1430: 1 x Chicken Breast w/ fruit
1730: Pre Work out Supps with 40 grams of Protein
1930: Post Work out Supps with 40 grams of Protein
2030: Last meal, either Chicken, Pork, Steak with some sort of Starch
2230: 40 Grams of Protein with Flax Seed oil to slow down digestion
I am still eating a lot because I want to maintain the muscles that I have....I am doing PCT and using clen to get rid of the large amount of fat I have stored because of my bulk cycle.......
PCT:
Nolva 40/40/40/40
Clomid 100/70/70/70
If someone has some advice please respond....I am trying to cut to 195 at 10% BF, 8-9 would be great but I have set my mind to a more realistic goal...Thanks again for all the comments.

Thanks...I just do the basic exercises. Here is what my Back work out looked like last week:
Bent over BB rows
T-Bar rows, close grip and then wide grip x 3 sets each
Seated Rows
Pull downs to the front
Pull downs to the rear
DB Rows
I change it up every week for thickness or for width....I am working on making my lats wider.....They don't flare like I want them too. Thanks again for the comments.

You look freakish, very nice work so far!
Shoulders and bis are definitely strong points, good luck getting them legs up to par (I have the same fckin problem...)
How much can you bench and squat?

Thanks Monster!! I bench 370x3 I haven't really done my 1RM....I think I can get at least 410-420lbs......As for squats I have squated 405 x 6.....I have not really pushed it past that weight.....Feels like my damn knees are going to break in half!!!!!! My leg routine looks like this....I worked legs today and this is what I did:
Squats: 135 x 12, 225 x 10, 315 x 8 down to 225 x 10, 225 x 8
Hack Squats: 290 x 12, 380 x 8, 470 x 6 down to 290 x 10
Leg Press (Wide stance): 200 x 15, 400 x 12, 600 x 10 down to 200 x 15
Leg Press (Narrow Stance heels touching) 200 x 15, 200 x 12, 200 x 17 (Failure)
Leg Extensions: 70 x 20 x 3 sets
Reverse Extensions: 90 x 15 x 3 sets
Walking Lunges: 70 x about 50 feet x 2 sets
That is what I did today for legs and I ****ing threw up after I left the gym.....It was great....People walking by and I'm puking my ****ing guts out!!!!! I ****ING LOVED IT!!!!!!
GOTTA LIFT THOSE ****ING WEIGHTS!!!!!
