    Progress.

The picture in the middle was taken in 11/22/08 the ones on the sides i took today. My scale told me today that i am 33.1% body fat. I am 6ft2in and 210lbs and 27 years old. If my scale is right then i still need to lose 33lbs to get to 15% body fat. and with a loss of 33 lbs i would only be 178.5lbs and that is under weight for my height. is my scale messed up or am i really 33.1% body fat?

If you aren't 15%, you're not far from it. It's hard to tell cause the pic is skewed a bit.

Post more pics using the guidelines in the sticky atop the page and you'll most certainly get a better estimate from some of the old hands in here.

as you can see in the pic my camera is old as hell. I got it when digital cameras first came out. its a 2 mega pixel. A new one just is not in the budget just yet.

My scale is one that measures bmi. When i type my stats into a bmi calculator online it tells me that i am 27%

I was very big. but then i started doing cardio like a mad man. I lost so much mass. i miss it. I started running every day and I really enjoy it but it is hard to keep muscle mass on. I have never been this lean but my arms are shrinking. I still lift heavy 3 times a week.
