    just started second cyle

    just started second cycle

    goal is overall more size

    any opinions on what i should focus on in particular?

    here are some pics, sorry if der not the greatest quality

    atm my goal is arm size since i think der the main lagging bodyparts

    stats
    height 5'11
    bodyweight 93kg
    bf% dunno, estimate lol

    Ranging1 you look great!!! You have a very solid base to work with and I think if you eat right you will accomplish your goals. I think your arms are good. You have size and some good cuts......Keep up the great work!!

    P.S. Your legs look really good!!!!

    thanks mate, yea arms arent to bad but they are by far my neglectred part so i think im going to put alot of effort and good diet into them

    lol thanks mate about the legs, first person even to comment them since no one ever notices leg size in the gym since der not the show peice muscle group

    400mg or trenebelone ethanthate

    running it for 10-12 weeks

    not using any AIs since they inhibit gains and going to tolerate the bloat

    goals are strength and size

    today was first pin so shall c how it goes, it is summer right now in aus so the bloat willl be hard to deal with on the beach and at dance events but i think ill manage

    LMFAO yes i am hiding my left testie, though he will be a small testie in 5 or 6 weeks lol

    running it for 10-12 weeks

    ^^^ lol shouldnt be hard

    from personal experience i always found once u hit 12% it gets harder to keep going down
